A sunny, airy beach house just steps from the ocean! Tucked away on a quiet family block, this three-bedroom home is perfect for a family or couple.

Floor-to-ceiling windows, skylights, and a beautiful open-concept kitchen and living room. One full bathroom with a large, recently-renovated indoor shower as well as a separate outdoor shower. Air-conditioning in all three bedrooms and the living room.

You'll have everything you need with recently-updated appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine), high-speed internet, and FireStick TV.

Spacious, wrap-around deck perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or relaxing after a day at the beach! Large outdoor dining table and chairs, as well as two chaise lounges. Gas grill with propane. Several bicycles including children's bikes.
