During your stay, you’ll have full access to the shared amenities of the Seacrest Beach community including the 12,000 square foot lagoon pool. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll find the beach, shops and restaurants. Or hop on one of the four complementary adult cruiser bikes to further navigate the coastal setting.

An eclectic collection of patterns, textures, and artwork are sure to spark conversation while guests explore Coastal Cottage. Vaulted ceilings make for airy spaces on the second floor of the home. From the kitchen to the dining area, to the living room, you and your guests will flow as freely as the breeze, making use of the home’s great social atmosphere. Dine at the formal table inside or keep it casual on the covered terrace. In the living room, you’ll appreciate the large flat screen Smart TV as you sink into plush leather sofas with reclining capability. PLEASE NOTE: The Seacrest Beach community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective January 1, 2022 Seacrest Beach HOA has banned the use of non-owner golf carts, scooters and Mokes. Golf carts / low speed vehicles are not allowed in the neighboring areas of Peddler’s Pavilion, Rosemary and Alys Beaches.
