3 Bedroom Direct Gulf Front Condo- 1 mile from John's Pass

Three bedroom condo in the heart of Madeira Beach with direct access to the sugary sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you are looking for a relaxing stay on the beach, the beach side heated pool, touring all of the wonderful things Tampa and St. Petersburg has to offer or enjoying the many restaurants and entertainment up and down Gulf Blvd (Caddy's Restaurant is our neighbor to the south and John's Pass is a mile south), this condo has everything for you. Everything you need for the beach is included in the condo (towels, umbrellas, toys, wireless speaker etc), so you can spend more time focusing on your vacation. The condo has three bedrooms, including a set of twin over twin bunk beds, so you could invite friends/family to enjoy your vacation with you. After a long day, you can sit on the expansive balcony and enjoy the limitless views of the ocean as you take in that salty air. We also have cable/internet including HBO if you need to refresh in the AC. For your protection and our property, we placed one camera (Ring doorbell) looking out from the door that is only triggered when someone enters/exits the unit. Our family visits the condo as much as possible and we want our guests to enjoy it just as much.

My wife and I manage the condo ourselves, so it is vital you have a great stay. We are very prompt in answering any questions/concerns you may have, so feel free to reach out.

We only rent starting/ending on a Saturday. Thank you.

Great Family Getaway

Great gulf condo
Easy and very responsive communication with the owner. Lots of beach equipment to use. Great condo and beautiful view of the gulf. Right next to Caddy's restaurant.
