The two bedrooms each have a queen bed, The loft area feature's a King Bed, Full bed, and Three Twin beds. There are 3 full bathrooms, each with a full size tub and shower. The front door of the condo is on the third floor, and the entire condo is on two levels with a spiral staircase to reach the loft area. The condo backs up to a beautiful national forest so the view is spectacular. The condo features a wood burning fireplace, free wi-fi and access to a beautiful club house. There is also a propane grill on the deck for your grilling pleasure.

If you want to leave the car behind, the complex is on the route of the FREE Summit Stage Bus (just steps from the condo) that will take you to all of the major ski resorts in Summit County. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.
