Come and enjoy our newly remodeled 2 story condo in North Carolina’s best ski, golf, hiking and mountain biking area, located in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our 2 “ensuite” bedrooms upstairs, can sleep 6 people while our great room downstairs offers a wide open area with a full kitchen and all the modern amenities for an enjoyable stay, whatever the season. Relax after a day of activities on one of the two 160 square feet decks (1 up, and 1 down) and take in the beauty of the area. Local wineries, lakes, and amazing sightseeing within the Blue Ridge Mountain Range are just minutes away! Our condo is located within a 5-minute drive of the Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and the Sugar Mountain Golf and Tennis Resort and only a few minutes from Food Lyon, Lowes Food and other shopping. While restaurants abound in the area, the kitchen is fully equipped for those days when a good home cooked meal will suit you best.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This unit is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Parking is VERY limited here. FIRM MAX of two (2) cars
- Washer and dryer are available in the unit and a storage room is provided for your convenience (ski, snowboards, boots and clothing)
- Bear proof trash bins are located outside of this condo. It is used by all units of this Condo Complex
- This a is a NON-SMOKING Unit and smoking is also not allowed on either of the two decks or within 20 feet of the unit
