- DO NOT leave doors and windows open (Florida is hot, the a/c will stop working and you'll have insects, or lizards visiting you in your sleep.)
- To ensure maximum cleanliness for all our guests we ask that no shoes, food, or drinks be allowed in bedrooms, or loft area.
- No pets: Although we love pets and animals, unfortunately we cannot accept your pet into our home, because we have other guests and potential visitors who are allergic to certain animals.
- No parties, or unauthorized guests allowed.
- No tape, adhesives, glitter, gum, or anything sticky allowed on walls, furniture, stair railings etc.
- Log out of your streaming services or use guest mode- Accidents happen. Inform us immediately about any damage. This way we can ensure the house remains in perfect condition for all our guests.
