Four tasteful semi-detached houses with a private pool in a top location: only a 40 meter wide strip of grass separates you from the 10 kilometer long sand/pebble beach of Kiotari, in the southeast of the island. Enjoy uninterrupted views of the horizon and the azure sea. The private garden features a refreshing swimming pool with a waterfall and hydromassage, as well as a furnished terrace with a barbecue grill. Here you can relax and listen to the sound of the sea. The three-story houses are comfortably furnished and leave little to be desired. Within a radius of 500 meters you will find several taverns, two supermarkets and a pastry shop. Kiotari with other shops and taverns is 750 meters away. Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility
