Discover life on a rustic Norman estate! The setting is a 15th-century country estate with tower, manor house and outbuildings, set in 150 acres of land managed by friendly young owners. The country house, which was lovingly renovated, has a spacious terrace area and a small playground. A small rowing boat tour on the castle pond will inspire you. The beautiful beaches of the Contentin are just minutes away from this rural paradise. Activities nearby: There are many exciting impressions of country life here, both young and old - sheep, horses and all sorts of farm animals can be stroked. With a bit of luck, you might even witness the birth of a calf. Fresh eggs and other farm produce can be bought locally or at the local market. Worthwhile excursion destinations are the seaside resort of Barneville-Carteret (10 km) and the lively port of Granville. You should not miss a visit to the world-famous Mont St. Michel

Very nice holidays in nice and rural area .
Our childrens enjoyed the time . Everything was very authentic and the slightly medival and rustic environment was exiting for our younger kids. Our oldest daughter was concerned about the Wifi but did survive with the existing speed of it. The hosts are very warm and friendly and had even a surprise for the birthday of our middle daughter. The closest beach is a 7-8 minutes drive. We´ve been there at the right time and did envoy the Denneville Oyster Festival with some nice wine and fantasic seafood! Very likley that we will come back again.

Unsere Abende sind sehr angenehm. Dies ist ein besonderes Erlebnis mit dem Rest unserer Geschichte und Jolie. Wir schätzen die Gastfreundschaft unserer Gäste und ihre Gastfreundschaft, die Eigenschaften der Unterkunft, die Atmosphäre (Notamment von Simon, Dagobert und Odin) und unseren Besichtigungsführer für das Schloss! In Saint-Lô-d'Ourville gibt es zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten, die möglicherweise ein Unternehmen sind. Wir bewerten und empfehlen das Leben in diesem Ferienhaus!

Schöner Ort, geräumiges Haus, etwas dunkel. Viel Platz und angemessene Privatsphäre draußen. Etwas mehr Outdoor-Stühle wären sinnvoll, aber wir haben wunderschöne zwei Wochen verbracht. Ansonsten sind das Schloss und das Gelände fantastisch.

Wir hatten einen tollen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus/Gite. Die authentische Atmosphäre ist jeden Tag ein Erlebnis und dennoch hat man den Komfort moderner Küchengeräte und Co. Die 2 Fernseher haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, sind aber vorhanden... Der morgendliche Blick durch die Terrassentür auf die Teichseite ist grandios mit Blick auf die beiden ständigen Bewohner, ein Schwarm Schwäne, und das Schloss im Restaurierungsmodus. Über einen Weg können Sie das Schloss und den See komplett umrunden, was herrliche Fotomotive bietet. Die Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen und Picknicktischen (klein) (eines für Kleinkinder) ist vor allem wegen des großen Sonnenschirms sehr bequem.... Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und lassen einen in Ruhe, stehen aber bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Freilandschwein Simon, der damit sehr zufrieden ist, er Schmeckt sehr gut, aber okay, es ist auch ein Schwein und nicht der Burgherr. Alles in allem ist dieses Ferienhaus sehr zu empfehlen und Cotentin/Normandie ist auch eine wunderschöne Gegend zum Entdecken voller historischer und landschaftlicher Erlebnisse und einer mehrtägigen Reise Der Besuch der Landungsstrände ist natürlich ein sehr beeindruckendes Erlebnis und ein Erlebnis, das Ihnen immer in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Das Obergeschoss haben wir nicht genutzt, aber es ist wirklich groß, mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Badezimmer und einem schönen Balkenwerk-Aussehen, genau wie im Erdgeschoss. Wir werden sicherlich in ein paar Jahren hierher zurückkehren, und sei es nur, um den Fortschritt der Restaurierungen zu sehen.

Gite war wie beschrieben und mit einem sehr freundlichen Besitzer. Gemütliche Einrichtung, wir haben nur das Erdgeschoss genutzt, da wir 2 Personen waren und dort genug Platz hatten, großes Schlafzimmer. Schön, auf dem Gelände herumzulaufen und zu sehen, dass das Schloss und andere Gebäude renoviert werden. Es gibt noch viel zu tun. Wir hatten dort eine tolle Zeit.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Wir hatten zu viert eine wunderbare Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, für alle Fragen ansprechbar. Die Tiere sowie das Ruderboot auf dem kleinen See haben uns und besonders den Kindern viel Freude bereitet. Man ist von dort sehr schnell an vielen wunderschönen und auch geschichtsträchtigen Orten. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Zauberhafte Unterbringung
Man wohnt auf dem Grundstück eines alten Herrenhauses, das der Besitzer selbst renoviert, außerdem betreibt er einen Bauernhof mit Tieren aller Art. Die Gastgeber sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen herzlichen Dank!
