The House on 84th is a 4 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Luxury Home that accommodates 8 guests. Upon walking into this Home you are met with upgrades and luxury! The open floor plan invites you right into the kitchen and Living area. An over-sized Granite Island separates the two rooms and the Kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. The Living area feels like home. Sink into the large leather furniture and watch a movie after a day in the Florida Sun! As you head out to the back yard, that's when you will know your vacation has begun!!! The beautiful pool is surrounded with stone pavers and palm trees. The heated pool has an oversized shallow deck for the smaller kids and a gorgeous waterfall off into the deeper side. Sun loungers and pool toys included!!!

Walking into the foyer you'll find an open floor plan. The Living area hosts 2 large leather sofas and an oversized leather chair, coffee table along with end tables, 2 decorative ladder shelves and a fireplace with a large TV.

The Kitchen has an oversized granite island with 4 bar stools. Stainless steel appliances: stove, hood system. microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and tea kettle.

The Dining room features a tall table that seats 6 guests.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, armoire with TV, bedside tables and a ceiling fan. It has an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and a single vanity.

Bedroom #2 is with a Queen size bed, TV, bookshelf, 2 nightstands and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom #3 has a Double size bed, bookshelf, 2 nightstands and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin size beds, nightstand and mirror, ceiling fan.

Guest Bathroom has a Tub/Shower combination and a single vanity.

Backyard Pool area has Dining Table with 4 chairs, 2 Sun Loungers, 4 chairs and a fire pit with 2 more additional seats. There is a gas grill and many pool toys! The beautiful Pool is surrounded with earthy toned patio pavers. Heated pool has an oversized shallow deck area that's perfect for the little ones and a relaxing waterfall feature in the deeper end.

Home is on a corner lot, right across from Seminole High School and walking distance to a shopping center with food, retail, hair salon, bank, CVS and a Winn Dixie. Indian Shores and Indian Rocks Beach is a short easy drive to the West. Seminole City center is also a short drive away and is a large outdoor shopping area with retail, many of restaurants, Urgent care, pet food center, gym and a movie theater.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

House Rules:

3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.

Parking:
This property provides 2 parking spaces.

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
