The holiday residence, which has a total of 69 apartments, offers numerous leisure opportunities and activities! The complex is lively in July and August, when additional sports courses and animation evenings are also offered. In the other months things are quieter, so here, in the heart of Chalosse, surrounded by fields and forest, it is ideal for recharging your batteries. The semi-detached houses face south and are spread over 7 building complexes. An indoor and outdoor pool (outdoor pool open from mid-May to September, depending on the weather), fitness room, mini golf and many other offerings leave little to be desired. Notes: Use of the spa area (indoor pool/sauna) for a fee. Free parking available. Cassen is a small town with only around 350 residents, 20 km from Dax. By car you can reach the Atlantic beaches in about 45 minutes. The beaches of Port d'Ablret-Vieux Boucau are about 50 km away and the beaches of Hossegor are about 60 km away. Explore the rural surroundings by bike or mountain bike or on long walks, and try the regional specialties in the region known for its good gastronomy. Within an hour's drive by car you can reach many other places, such as Pau with its 6 days p. The market that takes place every week, the health resort of Dax, Biarritz, and a trip across the Spanish border to San Sebastian is also worth it.
