About this property

Welcome to a spacious and well appointed home in NW McAllen. The home is in a quiet gated community, and features: contemporary interior finishes, a fully stocked kitchen, large pantry, comfy beds, fast internet, ,Nest thermostat, and large flat panel tv's w/ Apple TV units. There is plenty of yard space for your enjoyment, as well as your pets. Living room features a large sectional with power reclining sections. We pride ourselves in delivering an exceptionally clean unit on your arrival.

There is an additional mini split A/C in the master, just to make that room extra comfy! Queen beds in all of the bedrooms.

You will be able to access all parts of the home except the master bedroom. The host will occasionally stay in the master but will not enter the main home. There is a separate backyard entrance to the master. The host will not use any common areas.

The property was very clean, spacious, and great backyard. We enjoyed our evenings outside. Great location, easy to get anywhere in McAllen and surrounding towns. Very friendly neighborhood.

Convenient location

Property is in a great neighborhood, gated and had a two car garage. Unfortunately we couldn't use the garage or get in the gate without calling the property manager because we didn't have a clicker. Other than that, the experience was great. Also you should note that there are only small eating areas, a small table and a island/bar area, so if you have more than a few people that could be a disadvantage of this property.
