Our spacious 1200 sq. ft. Leatherbark condo has all the comforts of home. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It is decorated and equipped for all to enjoy just as much as we do. The living room has plenty of space for kids to play while others can watch the 50 inch smart TV and play games. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and an electric fireplace as well as a three rocker recliners.
The master bedroom features a king bed, 40 inch smart TV with DVD player, and a private bathroom. There is plenty of closet and drawer space. All linens, towels, soaps and paper products are provided. There is also a hair dryer in the master bathroom.
The second bedroom, which can sleep 3, has a twin loft bed over a queen bed and a 32 inch TV with DVD player. The third bedroom has a day bed with trundle and opens up to the living room but can be closed off at night with an accordion door.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, blender, crock pot and many other comforts from this home away from home.
Our unit is very kid-friendly! We have provided a crib with sheets and breathable bumper for those families that are traveling with infants. There is also a highchair provided. In addition, we have games, puzzles, and movies for children to enjoy. At night, enjoy games and our extensive DVD library.
The condo has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The spacious deck gives access to a large backyard. A gas grill and table and chairs is provided during the spring, summer, and fall season (during winter they are put away due to snow and ice). The backyard is regularly visited by deer, giving you plenty of opportunities to capture unbelievable pictures right from the deck.
Leatherbark complex offers plenty of parking with its own parking lot. It is only a short walk to the ski slopes, restaurants, shopping and entertainment from Leatherbark. There is a shuttle service that runs every 15 minutes, during the winter only.
All inquiries will be responded to within a couple of hours.

We chose to buy a vacation rental at Snowshoe because we love this area so much! It is our second home! We love bringing our kids up here and are looking forward to teaching them how to ski and snowboard.
What makes this property unique
Of all the vacation spots that our family has visited, Snowshoe is our absolute favorite place to vacation and get away on the weekend. We have made so many memories and we look forward to making many, many more!
