Welcome to Audubon Park! This newly-remodeled historic bungalow was built in the 1930's and still offers much of the original charm. Located just minutes from downtown Spokane and the best hospitals in the area, this is the perfect home away from home. Enjoy mornings out on the porch, walks to the nearby cafe, or lounging in the cozy king bed. Only available for stays of 28 days or more. Please send us a message or request to learn more. MID-TERM STAYS
We only accommodate mid-term stays and offer special pricing for those looking to stay here for longer than 28 days. You will be required to sign a separate lease agreement and provide a $500 security deposit. Please send us a message to learn more.

PET-FRIENDLY FACTS
While we do take pride in the face that we are a pet-friendly space, we do request that you pay a $50 pet fee for this service (you can do this during your initial booking) and we absolutely DO NOT allow cats. Any unauthorized pets that access the space (even friends or family members' pets) will be subject to a fine or could be grounds for cancellation.
