Other things to note
Please be courteous of your neighbors as this is an apartment building. You might hear a slight muffle of a tv.

We request you take care of the space with the same grace you would your own home, so that you may return soon.

Additionally, the outside of the property has 24/7 surveillance.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home, or on the patio. Smoking will result in a $250 charge and possible eviction. If you need to smoke please do so off the property.

This unit contains a smoke detector and NoiseAware device.

Although our apartment can sleep up to 8 guests, to keep prices as low as possible, we charge per guest. After the first 3 guests, each additional guest is only $10 a day.
