Snow Creek Village 47 is a cute studio unit on the top floor, with a private hot tub that overlooks a beautiful view of Mt Morrisey and the future Sun Peaks ice skating rink. Outside on your balcony, you also have a barbeque so you can enjoy a nice summer cookout! This home features a full kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, tile and wood flooring throughout, and a large flatscreen TV in the living area.

This home has a queen-sized murphy bed, and a double-sized sofabed, making this property able to sleep up to 4 people.

Additional rules

* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.

* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.

* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.

* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.

* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.

* Property is strictly non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of such will incur penalties.
