Tequila Little Time has been fully renovated inside, and the clean crisp vibe is eminent through out the property. This open spacious home consists of one floor, that can sleep up to 8 guests. The maximum amount of guests allowed at this property at one time are the 8 registered guests- no unauthorized visitors allowed outside of the 8 guests. The primary suite adorns its own bathroom, with a beautiful walk-in shower, a king size bed, and a large television. The second room has a queen size bed, and the third room has two full beds. The 3rd room is fully stocked with video games, board games, a large television and beach towels. The second full bath is located between the queen and full room.
There is an enormous dining table, perfect for gathering around and making memories, playing games and dining with family and friends. The living space is spacious with a raised, open kitchen and additional dining space is in the breakfast nook off the kitchen. It is an updated, modern functioning kitchen with all the appliances and amenities of home.
Tequila Little Time has an upper deck with a comfy outdoor sectional and chairs. The deck overlooks Pirates Beach Lake, with beautiful views, a perfect place to have morning coffee or an evening drink. Under-house patio has been completely remodeled. -New hot tub, new patio, new outdoor private shower with hot and cold water. There is a new patio swing, adjacent to the hot tub. The driveway provides off-street parking for 3-4 vehicles, parking on the street or in neighbors driveway is not allowed. This home is not ideal for parties, events, or unauthorized visitors outside of the 8 registered guests.
Large inventory of games, XBOX with games, extra blankets and pillows, hangers, iron, ironing board, hair dryer in both bathrooms, soap, shampoo, conditioner, smart lock, beach towels, coffee, tea, Keurig, coffee maker, instant hot tea kettle, coffee, tea, multiple chargers at each bed side, beach chairs, and beach toys, OFF bug spray and citronella candles provided for your comfort. Lawns and foliage sprayed once a month to repel mosquitos. Smart TV in all bedrooms, and 75 inch TV in Living Room.

This home is situated in a QUIET Pirates Beach neighborhood and is great for a fishing retreat, family retreat, or couples retreat. It is close to the beach, marina boat launch, and minutes away from restaurants and stores.

Loud music and noise is prohibited.
All cars & guests will be registered with the rental office at check-in, and all cars will be parked in the driveway.
When parking cars on the street, vehicular traffic will not be impeded. Posted street signage (speed limits, parking) will be obeyed.
Cars will not be parked on lawns or in a neighbor’s driveway.
Vehicles will not be driven or parked anywhere where not allowed. Motor homes, campers and tents are prohibited and may not be parked or hooked up at rental homes.
Only people with a valid driver’s license may operate a golf cart. Police will issue tickets.
Non street-licensed vehicles (such as 4 wheelers, go carts, dirt bikes, scooters, ATVs, etc.) are not permitted anywhere on Galveston Island. Barbeque grilling on decks is strictly prohibited; it is a fire hazard.
RAIL WARNINGS- It is extremely important that all guests be aware to never place weight on the railings. We encourage caution and awareness when on decks and balconies. Bolts can become compromised due to the corrosive nature of the saltwater climate in Galveston.
Hanging or throwing items from balconies is prohibited.
Only registered pets are allowed in SOME rental homes and a $75 non-refundable fee has been collected. Leash laws must be obeyed at all times.
While boating, “No Wake” rules in the canals will be obeyed.
At canal homes, fishing lights must be turned off when not in use.
The property is NON-SMOKING. Smokers will smoke outside and dispose of butts properly.
Fish will be cleaned where caught. The remains will be carefully wrapped in plastic bags and placed in outdoor trash cans.
Help keep Galveston clean! Garbage will be put in securely tied plastic bags and placed in the trash bins provided.
In the case of a mandatory evacuation, Guests agree to evacuate homes as per City of Galveston orders.
In the case of evacuation, the decision to re-enter the house is solely that of the Property Mgt. Company.
Seaweed cannot be relocated on the beach without a permit. However, clearing a pathway to the water with a hand rake is allowed.
