About this property

Alligator Point-St Teresa Beach Forgotten Coast FSU games - Beach getaway

Quiet relaxing home one block from the beach. Very laid back and the place for a long walk on the beach, and reading a really good book. Plenty of room for the kiddos and grands with a great front porch, screened back porch and deck.
Room for your boat for that fishing trip, and you can have a wonderful dinner in Panacea or travel to Apalachicola, Florida for a relaxing day of shopping. Tallahassee is just 45 minutes away and being the capital of Florida has lots to do.

Our home is set up for extra guests. We have three children and with their friends we have found how to make the most of our space.

Our master bedroom has a small bunk room with two twin beds for little kiddos that might want to be closer to mama and daddy. This bedroom also has an en suite with shower and soaking tub.

Bedroom two is set up with a queen and Bedroom three has two full beds. Our den has a queen sleeper sofa if needed.
Laundry room is on the main floor and convenient to bathroom 2.

We have boardgames and jigsaw puzzles in the den which we enjoy when visiting.

Amazing property in quiet relaxing area.
My family could not have enjoyed our stay more! The home was exactly as advertised, beautiful and clean. Close proximity to the beach, which was not crowded at all during our stay. The kids loved the fishing dock in the back, and there was plenty of room outside to play and spend time together. Communication with the owner was fast and easy through text. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Amazing home with EVERYTHING you could ask for.
This vacation home was absolutely fantastic. It was extremely well equipped with everything you could ask for for a relaxing stay, and the communication with the property manager was fantastic. We would definitely love to rent it again.

Great Getaway!
This property was amazing! Beautiful house- great location- with great amenities. They came in real handy celebrating with Family - my son's college Graduation and my mother's 82nd birthday and to boot watching the Kentucky Derby! If you are looking for a peaceful getaway or a celebration- this place is for you! Kevin and Casey were so accomodating~ The house was so clean and well equipped with everything! We will definitely be returning!

Had a wonderful relaxing time in Alligator point, took about an hour drive and visited St. George Island, Carabel, Apalachaicola, a few times for eating out. The Tiki Bar on the point is awesome, we had lots of fun there.

Amazing Location
We booked this property for a family Thanksgiving trip. The house was very clean and cute. The kitchen was fully stocked with the dishes needed for the meals we cooked., and there were plenty of towels available. The house is in a beautiful, peaceful location and was centrally located for the activities we had planned for the week. We would definitely stay here again.

We love the beach and fishing for grouper and red snapper in this beautiful part of the world.
