At-home meal planning is made easy in the full kitchen equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Everyone can gather in the living room for shows or movies on the smart TV and each bedroom includes a TV for added convenience. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer round out the in-home essentials.

The ground floor of this individual building hosts an indoor pool and a fitness center. Guests also have access to all the pools and amenities in Sea Colony.
The fireplace is not available for guest use.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests aged four years and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Sea Colony Parking Passes
Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
