Underwhelming for the price

For the price you pay, I would expect much more. The facility as a whole needs updating and is dingy. The biggest issue is the lack of sound proofing in the walls and floors. I could hear the person snoring in the room next to me and every single footstep in the creaking floor above me. The mattress had lost its rigidity and was sloping to one side. The bedding was also inadequate, stiff sheets and no blankets for additional warmth. The free breakfast provided was fine in concept but every bagel I had was stale and the fruit was always overripe. Not sure how this place has so many high ratings, makes me question if some reviews are artificial to boost ratings.

Shameful

Our room was 60 years old and very much showed it.

Great location, Clean, Accommodating staff.

We were in town for Aspen/Snowmass Jazz fest and the location was great--we could catch the bus a couple blocks down and get dropped off the same.

Great place in DT Aspen. We were on a bottom unit and could hear the folks above us non stop. The staff was amazing, room was clean and breakfast was a great addition.

Amazing Lodge, Great Price for the location and hospitality!

Everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend to friends and family. The only issue was that, in Unit 110, the bathroom window needs repaired. Please contact me with specific questions as I would have this fixed asap.

Terrible

Stayed one night at the lodge before a bike race. There were toe nail clippings on the ground from the previous person who stayed in the room. Cob webs in all the corners,bathtub/shower was disgusting and the bed was terrible.

Dissatisfied

Impersonal experience, the room was not nice, and a rip off for what I was charged
