Main Street Aspen Stay
Convenient lodge located near downtown Aspen. Had a nice relaxing time staying at the Aspen Mountain Lodge. Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty. The hot tub and pool was nice to soak in after a day of skiing. I would stay here again.

Clean, friendly, tired
Friendly and attentive staff, clean room, but furnishings and finishes a bit tired. Surprisingly good breakfast, and coffee.

Great location, great staff, good value
I tend to be a picky traveler, so I was apprehensive when I made my reservation. However, I was more than satisfied with the location, pleasant staff, cleaning service and the best was the free breakfast included with the room. It was great to wake up to every morning. Reuben, the manager, was exceptional and we loved his sidekick Cooper the yellow lab.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. My bathtub needs to be replaced, old and warn. The walls are paper thin, was woken up twice at 2 in the morning by neighbors coming back. With all the fees it ended up costing five hundred a night. For that much they need to upgrade the rooms!

Perfect for a quick getaway
Stayed with friends to go to a concert at Belly Up. The pool area was pleasant. Plenty of mirrors available for 3 women to get ready. Trash pick up was frighteningly early on a Saturday (7?) but not enough to ruin our day.

Not a pet friendly hotel
This hotel is in a good location and pet friendly so I booked it. I checked in late at night, the lady was helpful with my Id verification and had no issue with my reservation nor with my 2 dogs. Next day I go to work and my plan was to come back every 2 hours to take the dogs out. I came back at 10am, 2 hours after I left. Ruben confronts me when he sees me taking my dogs out. He raised his voice saying I cant leave the dogs alone anymore and there is a one dog limit and that he will be charging me more for the dogs because neither are on my reservation. There was no where to select dogs in the reservation process, I explained this as well that the lady last night had no issue with me and my 2 dogs. He argued with me that she wouldn’t have talked to me about it unless there was an issue. I think not having paid for the dogs and having more than the limit would be an issue? The guys is not going to listen to any sound reasoning just likes to argue. Upon requesting a refund for the 2nd night after I was threatened to be kicked out, I found out he is the manager lol what a joke, this guy shouldn't be employed in hospitality let alone as a manager. This hotel has no sound proofing, kids scream all day and night but if your dogs bark you get kicked out. Its ridiculous. If you have dogs, stay elsewhere, the cheap prices are reflected in the terrible quality of the rooms, breakfast, and absolutely in the service.

Off season stay
We came for a visit in the off season and had an amazing stay. The room was cozy, comfortable and quiet. The best part was that our room was dog friendly! The employees at the front desk were extremely accommodating and gave great local recommendations.
