New 1 Bedroom - Sleeps 4 - Bring the kids :)

The perfect honeymoon cabin with plenty of room to relax inside around the fireplace or outside on your covered deck. Enjoy the seasonal subdivision pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day. A fantastic location, you are in a quiet peaceful location but just minutes to all the area attractions. The cabin has 2 full baths and a 2 additional twin beds, so if you want bring the kids!

The location is just off the main roads of Pigeon Forge and it’s easy to find even in the dark! All furniture is comfortable and the air conditioning is AMAZING! Hot tub is private and the owners provide great instructions for all equipment. We us d the charcoal grill right outside the cabin. It has a lovely wrap around porch with a swing and chairs. We will likely return with our adult children and their family’s for a getaway.

The cabin was located in an area close to the Parkway but seemed miles away. The community was fairly quiet with little traffic. The cabin was clean, fairly secluded in that it was tucked back off the street. The only draw back was sharing a driveway with another cabin.

The cabin we rented this time was blueberry hill and as always we were over the moon with the rental. Elk spring’s always has the home in pristine shape and very clean. The beds are very comfortable abd we had no problem relaxing. We thank Elk Springs and their employees for a wonderful time every time we visit Gatlinburg. Love Elk Springs but bad experience!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin wasn’t clean as it was when we stayed in December. Shower curtain needed to be washed as the bottom half was brown. Light bulbs were out and the TV was dusty. Internet and Cable were out and the property management company had to contact the owner to get it resolve, which never happened. Contacted the management company numerous times and They sent out a tech that tried his best but it was up to the owner, who obviously don’t care about the renters as long as he is making his rental fees. I had to go offsite to get Wi-Fi and my 6 year old had no TV. It rained all weekend and it was very disappointing that nobody even offered to change cabins or a discount for next time except for the 10% off for return customers! What a joke! I won’t be staying at Blueberry Hill again but i would use Elk Springs, just a different cabin!

We never quite figured out the remote controls for the mini split systems. First night we froze and second night we burned up. Detailed instructions on how to use the remote would be helpful. The hot water heater was turned way too low. Showers never got hot enough. Flickering light bulb in master bathroom. Needs more outlets closer to master bed nightstands

If you are wanting to be close to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinberg without staying in a hotel or condo this is the place for you.

Perfect cabin
This cabin is new and only has been used a couple of times. It’s beautiful. Has everything you need for 2 people. Has window seat/beds which could sleep 2 more in same bedroom. Beautiful decor. Location is in a cabin neighborhood but feels secluded. Less than 5 minutes away from main road in Pigeon Forge. Would highly recommend.
