Aim for top score on one of the retro arcade machines, located off the main living area. Or head to the upstairs game room -- complete with two full-size fold-down sofas, a 58-inch TV, and an Xbox console. Prepare to be wowed by the sleek kitchen. This stunning space boasts quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Perch at the sprawling breakfast bar, then enjoy meals in the light-filled dining area. Complimentary WiFi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, a high chair, and Pack ’n Play add convenience during your stay.

For a day of shopping, head 20 miles to Fashion Square -- home to luxury outlets and designer stores. There’s an array of attractions within a short drive. Butterfly Wonderland and OdySea Aquarium are both 14 miles away. Spend the day hiking the desert landscapes of Cave Buttes Recreation Area (eight miles).

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a $85/day fee for the heated pool. Guests must call in to Guest Experience to have pool heat added to reservation.
This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
