Holiday 505 celebrates the 20's and 30's with Art Deco styling - the time of Billie Holiday. This bungalow has 3 large Bedrooms each with their own TV and make-up bureaus and 2 full Bathrooms. The backyard has a private sitting area under a grand magnolia and, best of all, a new covered Hot Tub. All of this in walking distance to Market Platz and the center of town.

Our Location was great !! Very quiet and so charming !! A 6 minute walk to Main Street for shopping , and wonderful restaurants . We could easily drive to Breweries and Wineries…… Great get away !! Perfect Location !

Great for family vaca

Had a wonderful stay. The large comfortable beds were great for our all adult group. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure in showers. Hot tub was nice. Plenty of room for all of us to relax and be comfortable during our stay.

Girls weekend!

The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk to Main Street for shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean and very comfortable! Would definitely rent again.

Comfortable cute home near Main Street

We loved our first stay in Fredericksburg at this 1920s inspired home. Decor was fabulous. Large enough to fit our family of five or 3 couples comfortably with a king in each of the 3 bedrooms. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Hot tub was great. Nice, quiet street, easy to walk the couple of blocks to Main St. Kelly was responsive and friendly. Would stay here again!
