What a disaster!

No towels, coffee maker didn’t work, bedroom tv screen is shattered, kitchen poorly stocked, communication was hit and miss. only one blanket for 4 people, holes in the walls….

RUN AWAY

This place is a scam. It’s beyond filthy, holes in the walls, no pillow cases, no towels, no paper towels, foot prints on chairs, layers of dirt on the couch, secretion on the bed. If a crime scene excites you, then maybe this is for you. Otherwise . DO. NOT. BOOK.

TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. There weren’t sheet sets on either bed. Tv was smashed. There were ZERO towels, not a kitchen towel, no bath towels, not a single hand towel or washcloth. We contacted the owner with no response. Finally had to go through VRBO and they got the owner to contact us. They said they would send towels and never did and refused to respond after that initial text. The. In the morning there was a target bag with washcloths. No towels. Great location but do not stay here!

*STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS RENTAL* The sheets on one of the full beds in the bedroom were dirty and smelly. The mattress cover had a large stain on it. The stain can only be described as urine. The pull out couch was stained, musty and in poor shape. Even the throw pillows on the couch were stained and smelly. The apartment smells like mildew and cat urine. There was no response from Abati Stays to any of my text messages until 2 hours after we left the property and checked into another hotel. The company stated that they attempted to call me several times but I didn’t answer. Which this was a lie because I only have my email address as my only contact. They sent no emails. I called Vrbo help center because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Even Vrbo tried calling them 5x on my behalf, while I was placed on hold. Abati Stays didn’t respond to them either. We were on property for 30 minutes, there was no communication on how to get in, no key code (thank goodness a housekeeper gave us the code to the key box to get into the apartment) or stay instructions. We indicated that the stay was for 3 people, there were only 2 bath towels. I still have received no refund from the company just radio silence. I called Vrbo and they also requested a full refund. Save your time and money. Stay at the Hilton behind the property.
