This modern studio in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort puts all the resort’s many amenities within easy reach, and offers a comfortable, cozy space to call home base during your trip. You'll be on the third floor - the same as the amenities terrace - and enjoy easy access to on-site amenities including shared grills, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, fitness room, tennis courts. The must-visit Baytowne Wharf, filled with shops, restaurants, and activities for all ages, is just steps away.
At home, start the day with coffee on your private balcony, then step inside to the convenient kitchenette, featuring a microwave, coffeemaker, and mini-fridge, to prep a simple breakfast. More highlights include central AC, a comfy seating area for two, a bistro table, and an updated bathroom with a new vanity and commode. After breakfast, head over to the beach. Access is located across the highway on the beachside of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, and you can take advantage of the free tram to get there easily. Perfect beach days await - all that’s left to do is book.

THINGS TO KNOW
Construction on the building's exterior will begin on August 21, 2023, and will continue throughout the year. Workers will complete one building at a time and this project may impact balcony access in some homes. Construction will occur from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. During these times, project noise will likely be audible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
