This property went above and beyond expectations. It was beautifully and simply decorated to give the impression of simple life. Stocked with necessities. Will stay here again and tell others.
If you book this wonderful cabin, you will have a primal forest experience to last a lifetime. The setting is remote and private, but accessible. The cabin appears spare from the outside, but it supplies all the expected modern amenities and has comfortable rustic furnishings. Everything was in excellent condition. The hot tub on the back porch was already heated and waiting to please us. Throw in the deck swing and the babbling brook below and you have an unparallelled setting for relaxation and contemplation of your existence. The host was very responsive with our access questions. Does it sound like I recommend this place? A resounding yes!

It was just beautiful. You can hear a nearby stream from the back porch! So peaceful!
This place is beautiful! It is kept immaculate, which is my biggest concern when I go somewhere. Everything is clean and is equipped with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Will definitely be back again! Can’t wait to see what the “glamping pods” will be when they finish with that project! 10/10 will not disappoint!
The cabin was beautiful. We lpved our stay there. We had wished there were throw blankets to wrap up in while sitting on the sofa. Also would have been nice to have towels specific for the hot tub. We had to use the towels we used after showers when we got out of hot tub.
We always enjoy the cabins. Hot tub too. We were on the covered porch during a driving rain and stayed dry and were able to enjoy the forest.
I’ll call this our perfect place to get away.
One minor thing and one fyi: first, there are a few windows that need curtains, such as the bathroom.
The fyi is this is rough terrain in places once you leave the pavement. Some is steep and wash out sections are possible. Our driveway this trip was washed out and the grader came and did an excellent job of smoothing it back out. I would recommend AWD or 4 wheel drive any time.
This is not a complaint at all. Our AWD was plenty adequate.
We have stayed several times and will be back again.
