Unit 311 can accommodate up to 6 guests. Inside the master bedroom, you will find a queen-size bed with breathtaking ocean views, direct lanai access, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also features an ensuite with a walk-in shower and a queen-size bed. The living room comes equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests and a flat-screen TV with cable. You'll enjoy the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. The well-stocked kitchen is perfect for making meals where you can enjoy ocean views while you prepare your meals. The dining table also expands to offer extra seating space for larger groups!

Island Sands Resort is an oceanfront resort that offers a pool, BBQ area, and koi pond. This resort is located at Ma'alaea Bay, near many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Walk to Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium), take a sunset sail or whale watching tour from the nearby harbor, play miniature golf and more at Maui Golf & Sports Park, or shop at the Maui Harbor Shops. Ma'alaea is located in central Maui, bringing you closer to many excursions such as Hana or Haleakala. There are no resort or parking fees.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
