Adorable studio fully furnished. Located just 6 miles from beautiful Clearwater Beach & 23 minutes from Tampa Airport.

In season you can find oranges, mangos, bananas, avocados and papaya right in your front yard. Patio furniture provided in front of unit. Washer & Dryer on site. Pillow top mattress on and queen bed, 42 inch smart TV with Spectrum high-speed internet and cable, side bed table and closet. Kitchenette includes convection oven, microwave, 2 stove top burners, and Keurig. Bathroom offers 4 large drawers and a tub! Large window allows beautiful natural light in all day but if you like to sleep in, the black out curtains are a nice touch. We live on a large property with lots of parking available. Patio grill and fireplace available to use
