Spacious Cozy Stay in an Up and Coming Area of Montreal
This property was enjoyable overall, very spacious for 4 people with separate bathrooms and bedrooms. Getting to downtown Montreal is not too difficult, as you're right on a road with multiple bus routes and about a 15-20 minutes walk from Vendome subway station. The area still has a lot of auto shops, but there are signs that the neighborhood is on the upswing.
Communication with the host was easy and they were very accommodating.
The location of the condo was perfect for my activities. Very close to the bike trail on Maisonneuve and also ver close to the Canal Lachine bike trail. We could use the bike trail to ride to the Atwater market, old Montreal, etc.
We were also very close to some very nice Clay Courts Tennis Clubs. Loved my stay at this condo. I recommend it.
Indoor garage a MUST as very limited street parking available. Both king and queen mattresses were great. A suggestion to owner to provide additional dinnerware and cutlery plus additional larger cooking pots. Also seating area & kitchen table not enough for 5 adults.
This is a wonderful apartment, very clean and well laid out. The beds are very comfortable and having 2 bathrooms is a plus when traveling with teenage girls! I recommend paying the extra for the garage underneath. Street parking is almost nonexistent and there is an elevator from the garage up to the floor the apartment is in. There is a bus stop right across the road so we left our car there and used the bus. The host was very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend staying here
