Kitchen: fully equipped for 10 people, stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, spices, dishware & flatware, knife set, blender, juicer, coffee maker, electric kettle, coffee bar with complimentary coffee, Keurig pods, teas, creams and sugar. Large granite island area.

Home Features: Smart TV, wifi, laptop-friendly workspace, bluetooth speakers, board games & coloring books, central heating and air condition, rinnai water heater, security system, Nest Thermostat, Yale locks, exterior lights. Each room contains a white noise machine located in the nightstands (bedrooms downstairs) and in the top drawer of the dressor (bedroom upstairs). *Living room loveseat and couch (pull-out bed) has just been UPGRADED!

Outdoor Hangout: Deck, fenced in back and front yard, yard games, double rocker adirondeck glider, adirondeck glider with ottoman, adirondeck chair, 4 additional plastic adirondeck seats, picnic style table, and PUTTING GREEN.

Parking: Gated driveway fits 2 compact cars, designated street parking available for 3-4 cars. Please keep your car doors locked.

General: Washer/Dryer available, towels/linens, beach towels, four beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, 1 hair dryer, two portable coolers, complimentary water and toiletries. Infant/toddler necessities (pack and play, stroller, high chair, toddler toys, rocker, etc) available upon request.

We respect the privacy of our guests throughout their stay. However, Home Sweet Charleston is honored to assist you during your time in Charleston. Should you need anything, please reach out! We live less than 5 minutes away.
This is a QUIET neighborhood, we DO NOT allow parties. $500 penalty fee.

Keyless entry. Code and Check-in instructions are given two hours (2pm) before check-in and code changes after checkout. Ring Video Camera at front door for safety of our cleaners and guests.

Nice finds!

We had the best time! We loved the food recommendation for the junction and holy city brewing! We took a short ride to downtown and the marina. It was great distances! Loved it so much!

Great place

Loved this house. They had so many little details such as extra blankets, nightlights and even poo pourri! My son loved the games in the lawn. It was close to everything we wanted to go to. Definitely recommend it .

Relaxing Home to Rest

A group of my friends came down to Charleston for a dance workshop. We found this home a nice, clean, quiet place to relax between classes and social dancing. We like that there was plenty of space to park since we had four cars!

Park Circle Delight!

Both sets of grandparents stayed at this beautiful home, in town to celebrate our grandson's 3rd birthday being held at a local park. The house was so clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our stay, and for our adult children to join us for a home cooked meal the first night. We LOVED lounging on the deck on what felt like a spring day, playing the games available at the house and watching our grandson enjoy his new gifts. Loved the grocery store right down the street, the comfortable living room furniture and the comfortable beds/bedding. Would stay here again!

Great for eight

My kids, their kids and I (8 total) enjoyed our holiday stay here. The house is lovely and very comfortable. Nice furniture, comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms. The kids loved the outdoor games and we were a short drive away from a large playground.

Park Circle

I would leave 10 Stars if I could! Beautiful home, wonderfully appointed and so convenient! When I mentioned my grandchildren would be visiting, they were quick to provide a high chair and extra toys! We were surprised to find children’s cups, plates & utensils already stocked and story books tucked in each bedroom. There were also local books & pamphlets on things to do, see & eat. The outside grill is like new and the outside eating area so comfortable and inviting. The rest of the yard area was thoroughly enjoyed by kids and adults. I must add that when we experienced an unexpected emergency, the owners were very kind and accommodating to our last minute changes. I will highly recommend this property and any other owned by them to anyone visiting the Charleston area.

Guys Weekend in Charleston, Great Place!

Myself and three college friends just went to Charleston for the weekend and really enjoyed the stay. The house is in great shape and open layout which is fantastic to hang out in. All of the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the home owner helped us solve problems almost instantly. It's a 15-20 minute ride to get down, but the neighborhood is improving and there are some local distilleries and breweries that are fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again, especially if you plan on having your own vehicle to get around in.
