Newly Renovated condo in active 55+ Community

Enjoy this quiet, completely renovated one bedroom condo on Bay Island. The community has 5 pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, billiard room and table tennis. Relax by the pool or stroll along the water in this very popular 55+ community. Just over a mile to the beach and surrounded by shopping and restaurants. The unit is on the 3rd (top) floor. There are stairs as well as an elevator in the building. All of the stairways and walkways are covered. Laundry room is on the same floor and has 2 washers and dryers. They are coin operated with each machine being 75 cents.

Relax in comfort and style
I enjoyed a very relaxing and comfortable stay. No stone was left unturned with regard to the owners wanting to be certain every need and more was met for their guest. A pleasant and memorable stay. I would highly recommend this property. I look forward to another stay in the future 🙏

Crisp Clean Condo
Beautiful fully remodeled condo in Bay Pines. Close to beaches and restaurants. The many amenities include pickle ball courts, pools, workout rooms, yoga and zoomba classes. You can see dolphins swimming out your living room window!
