Clover Cabin sits next to the largest of three ponds that serve as a home to fish, frogs, turtles, birds and much more. You can relax on our dock or along the water's edge and see and hear all the things that nature has to say.
This cabin is approximately 500 sq. ft. and is ideal for a couple or a couple with children who enjoy sleeping in the upstairs loft.
Our cozy cabin is intimate and is situated with wonderful views of the water. Covered deck with a ceiling fan, gas grill for BBQs and a shared fire pit create the setting for a wonderful time in the country.
There is ample parking for guests and trailers should they bring large boats to fish at Lake Fork or Lake Holbrook.
Please note that other vacation rental cabins/units are on the premises with some shared amenities and other travelers may be present during your stay. We do offer another cabin the same size as well as a two bedroom cottage on the same property for booking.

My son and I loved it. Very clean. Modern. Loved the house warming snacks! Beautiful pond. We loved it- perfect for our 2 days of fishing on lake fork!
This place is absolutely by far our favorite place to get away. This was our second time staying here and we will be back. Also we got engaged during our
stay!!
My wife and i really enjoyed this property with our 11 month baby boy. Its very peaceful and the host was extremely nice. I definitely look forward to returning for a other long weekend.
This property was amazing, the owners are very accommodating and are available when you need them to answer any questions or concerns you may have, I highly recommend.
This is the perfect spot decompress with an ambiance full of nature surroundings. The property looked clean and cozy and had everything I needed for comfortable stay. This beautiful, well-equipped cottage was as amazing in person, as it was in pictures! This was the perfect getaway. I look forward to staying here again in the near future.
This was truly a great get away. The cabin was perfect and little things you forgot at home were already there. We enjoyed fishing the pond, star gazing by the camp fire, walking the trails and playing cornhole. We were perfectly situated between lots of great fishing lakes and adorable downtown Mineola. It was just what we needed for our spring break.
What a gem of a place! Clean cabin stocked with everything you need for a relaxing, fun stay. So much nature to enjoy. We didn’t have time for the trails but they looked very inviting. The pond, the star gazing, fire pit, grill, easy access and parking… really a wonderful place. We will be back.
I spent just over four days fishing Lake Holbrook which was about a mile drive from this beautiful property. It was so peaceful and well kept. It was just what the doctor ordered. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Will definitely stay here again, no questions asked.
We travel to the Mineola area twice a year to visit family and always book a rental. Carmen was definitely one of the most kindest host. Is he thought of everything and had all of the essentials.
It was a wonderful stay! The evenings were so calm and quiet and the days were filled with chirps, calls, and knocks of woodpeckers and many other birds. The cabin was very clean and just as advertised. My husband and I just used the queen bed but there was also a big sofa bed and the one in the loft. The loft would be more suited to children. The place was lovely and had anything we could have wanted. Our host likewise was very sweet and personable. We would love to return here for another anniversary trip in the future.
Our family stayed at Euterra Woods during the eclipse and had a wonderful retreat from a hectic semester! The location was ideal--a true little cabin in the woods, complete with trails to walk, fishing poles for the pond, firewood available, and board games. The cabin contained an excellent selection of kitchen items, including pots & pans, & basic appliances!
Spacious for the size, and my kids loved the loft!!
The hosts are super responsive to inquiries and provided extras like a bag of eclipse goodies to help us enjoy our stay!
Super cute, up to date, clean, & comfortable. Stocked with necessities and then some. Nice view of the pond from our deck and it was stocked with fish and turtles to feed. Carmen was easy to contact and so very sweet.
We enjoyed our weekend at the cabin! It was FULLY stocked with all the essentials and MORE! We enjoyed the provided fish food to feed the fish, walking the trails and around the pond, the firepit, and much much more! It was the perfect anniversary getaway with my love! We had absolutely NO complaints the entire weekend. We will definitely be returning soon and would recommend 10/10 to anyone! Thank you Carmen for allowing us the honor to stay!
Husband and Son loved this property! Catch and release pond fishing was great, they caught a ton of fish! Enjoyed playing games and relaxing. Cell service is a bit dicey, though, which was fine for them! Just something to take note of. The property was great and Carmen was really fantastic. Thank you, can't wait to visit again!
My granddaughter and I spent a few days enjoying the peaceful surroundings of this cozy cabin. The cabin was very clean, bright with many windows, loved the decor and the extra amenities were well thought out. The pond was our go to place to enjoy the fish and read. We did feed the fish with the food the owner provided which was really fun. We felt very safe. We explored the woods as well as the surrounding small towns. We will be returning to this cabin in the future.
This sweet cabin on a pond was a nice getaway for my wife, daughter (17yr), and I. The place was small but very cozy with lots of thoughtful details. The kitchen wall was perfect for a little light cooking. We loved walking the trails in the surrounding woods and more steams and ponds - beautiful! There is an identical cabin and a larger cottage on the same pond with a fire pit, picnic table, gas grill, and dock on the pond. Come with a raincoat and a pair of shoes you can get muddy and leave outside if you are here in the rainy season. Communications with the owners were great!
