Newly built studio apartment in Wakefield, Rhode Island – a 10 minute drive to Narragansett Beach or the University of Rhode Island. Easy access to the Block Island ferry and all of the tourist sites of Newport. On a quiet street but close to shops and restaurants – walking distance to Whaler’s Brewing. Attached studio apartment with private parking and private entrance. Full kitchenette with brand new fridge, stovetop, and microwave. Very large walk-in shower with glass door, new bathroom vanity and toilet. Remote controlled AC/heating unit and ceiling fan. Apartment has a private washer/dryer unit. Full cable and wireless internet. Comfortable for two adults with queen bed and a small futon (5 feet in length) to accommodate one child.

RI stay

Wonderful sweet clean private unit attached to home . Quiet neighborhood and close to bike path , restaurants and short 10 minute drive to the beach . Will definitely be staying here again .

Beautiful Setting

Lovely studio nestled in a charming neighborhood. Super clean and nicely decorated. Just minutes from Wakefield Main St restaurants and shopping and 30 mins from beautiful Newport and all its adventures. Definitely a Win!

Amazing, private apartment

The owners were very friendly and made sure that we knew that we could ask them for anything. The place was incredibly clean and was private, like a separate mother-in-law apartment. My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay and would go back. It was perfect for our trip.

Perfect! Everything we needed

Very clean and well equipped suite. Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom. There are even beach chairs and towels which we were happy to find one warm evening. We stayed here to attend a three day convention at Ryan Center. The location and amenities were just what we needed.

Great little Get away

It was a very clean, updated and private apartment closely located to plenty of restaurants and taverns. We were there this fall, but this place would be a gem in the summer months with all of the beaches nearby!

Perfect Getaway

We loved pretty much everything about this property. Location was perfect for visiting an old friend in South Kingstown, having a lobster roll at the Matunuck Oyster Bar, and getting to the Block Island Ferry for a day trip. The place was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Having the washer/dryer to wash clothes during our two-week trip to the east coast was a big plus. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question we had. This property will be at the top of our list for our next visit to the area. Thanks, Kim and Chris!

The space has everything you need for a great stay. My daughter and I stayed there during her move to URI. The bathroom feels luxurious. Everything is new and well-kept. I would recommend this property 5/5.

A little slice of paradise in RI

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is well appointed, super clean, and comfortable. The mini kitchen is perfect though we did not use it due to our short stay. Large bathroom with all the right touches. Quiet neighborhood and great location. Only wished we could have stayed longer. Owners Kim and Chris were so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back!

Amazing spot!

We were blown away by how nice this studio was. So clean, modern and comfortable - it had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Great location for going into Newport. Would 100% recommend and we hope to be back someday!

Perfect!

Exactly what we were looking for to get away for a few days. Everything is a close drive (beach, restaurants, etc) and was able to run in the mornings through neighborhoods and main roads with sidewalks. The place has everything you need to feel at home. Will book here again!

The perfect get away

Everything about this property was perfect for the two of us. The home itself is located in a beautiful neighborhood but is also close to retail shops. The close proximity to beaches and local restaurants without the congestion of being in town was great. The unit and outdoor areas were spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. Inside was tastefully decorated and well appointed with everything we could have possibly needed. While we ate our main meals out and were in town for a wedding, having a kitchenette was nice for our morning coffee and keeping our beverages cold.Check-in and out was simple and secure. Parking was ample. We also liked the privacy of the unit but knew our hosts and their sweet dog were close by in case we needed anything. All in all we loved this place and hope to return in the future. Thanks for sharing a piece of your home with us.

Property is owned and managed by a professional, married couple with long standing ties to Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We live in the main house behind the apartment. There is only one shared wall between the apartment and the main house. We invested in extra sound proofing for your privacy and ours.
