Ryan and Emily met while both living and working in New York City. After initially realizing that neither of them wished to remain on the East Coast, they immediately began narrowing down the best West Coast options to fit their lifestyle and career goals.

Ryan had previously graduated from BSU and quickly sold Emily on the many outdoor recreation activities close by and the proximity to their families. They took the leap to move to Boise, ID in 2018 and never looked back.

They now own and manage several rental properties in the Treasure Valley, completely committed to bringing a great experience to every visitor no matter the length of their stay.

The master bedroom with king bed has an en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds are on the same wing of the house and share the large second bathroom. As you walk through the laundry room, with direct garage access, you enter the large bonus room with comfortable seating, Smart TV, a large desk for remote work and a queen-sized murphy bed with simple set-up.

Directly off the kitchen you can enjoy the large outdoor patio with furniture to seat 4 and Edison bulb string lights. The fully fenced yard is ready for your pets to join the fun as well!

Steps away from your front door, you will find direct access to the peaceful Hewett Park which boasts large expanses of open lawn, gorgeous trees and a playground for kids. You are also just a short drive to great dining and shopping, and just 15 minutes from downtown and I-84.
