For shared use: property 800 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool (6 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 1 km, pebble beach 5 km, rocky beach 5 km, public bathing area 5 km. Nur 10 Minuten nach Porec und zum Shopping Center. Schöne ruhige Lage mit nettem Pool. Sauberes, schönes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr angenehm abseits vom Trubel.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen. Die Ferienwohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Sie hatte einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem wir jeden Abend den Tag ausklingen lassen konnten. Der Pool ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt, sehr sauber und sehr erfrischend. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zugänglich und freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Einfach nur toll. Rundherum ein gelungener Urlaub.

Schöner Urlaub
Verbrachten dort 8 schöne Tage. Lage der Ferienwohnung ist gut, alles in wenigen Kilometern zu erreichen. Pizzeria Birikin in Nova Vas ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch zu erwähnen, die Sonnenschirme am Pool. Leider war die Küche nicht sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlten Messer, die schneiden, Salatschüssel und kleine Schüsselchen für ein Eis. Das Sofa im Wohnbereich war sehr durchgelegen und das Bett knarrte bei jedem drehen. Dennoch verbrachten wir dort einen schönen Urlaub. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Wir waren 3 Wochen im September in Istrien. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool und der Garten waren sehr gepflegt. Es ist nur ein Dreifamilienhaus - das war super. Die beiden oberen Wohnungen (beide sind sehr schön) werden vermietet und die untere Wohnung gehört den Eigentümern, die noch in Deutschland wohnen. Die Wohnungen sind sehr zu empfehlen! Ein herzliches Dankeschön an L.!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Etwas vom Touristenstrom abgelegen, aber gut erreichbar. Genau das, was wir wollten! Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet und hat alles, was das Herz begehrt: Klimaanlage, TV, voll ausgestattete Küche (zB. Cerankochfeld, Geschirrspüler, großer Kühlschrank + 3 TK-Fächern, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, etc). Im geräumigen Badezimmer stand sogar eine Waschmaschine zu unserer Verfügung! Der überdachte Parkplatz ist ein Pluspunkt. Der Kontakt mit der netten Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert

Apartament warty polecenia.
Apartament przestronny i gustownie urządzony. Salon połączony z kuchnią. W salonie klimatyzator. Niestety w sypialni klimatyzatora nie było. Taras zadaszony. We wszystkich oknach były okiennice, dzięki którym wewnątrz było chłodniej. Basen czysty i zadbany, parking zadaszony na terenie posesji. Okolica bardzo spokojna i cicha, niestety podczas naszego pobytu trwała budowa po przeciwnej stronie ulicy, przez którą było dosyć głośno. W okolicy bardzo dobra pizzeria oraz stragan z pysznymi owocami.
