Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath luxury condo at Grande Bay is freshly renovated and ready for your arrival!

Grande Bay Resort is in the heart of Cruz Bay and is only steps away from Wharfside Village which is home to excellent shops, restaurants that feature casual and fine dining, nightlife, a variety of watersports, and open aired taxis.

The resort itself comes with a hot tub, heated pool overlooking Cruz Bay, fitness center, 24 hr front desk staff, complimentary High-speed WiFi internet, and generator backup. Even though you are only steps from town you will feel the sea'clusion of our property.

Our condo is perfect for families or couples looking for the perfect getaway! The condo comes with 3 large bedrooms (2 kings and 2 singles that can be joined) and 2 full bathrooms. 65” smart TV in the living room and flat screen TVs with satellite in every bedroom as well as a full kitchen equipped with full sized refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender for all those frozen cocktails or smoothies for the kids (local fruit stands just a short walk near Cruz Bay Landing). The condo also comes with it's own parking spot in a covered garage.

There is a double height Queen size Aero bed that can be used to accommodate an adult or two small children.

Every luxury that the island has to offer is literally just steps away with the convenient location of this condo to the ferry dock, taxi pickup, restaurants, and shops!

Fabulous vacation

We stayed at Sea’clusion at the Grande Bay Resort the first week of August, 2024. My husband and I and our 3 children and a friend of theirs (ages 23, 21, & 17) went and this was the perfect accommodation for our group of 6. The unit was meticulously kept and well stocked, the three bedrooms were spacious and the beds very plush and comfortable. The patio space provided ample seating to enjoy coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evening. There’s even a grill. The location was perfect - within walking distance to the downtown, restaurants, shops, a small market and bars. There is a beach right across the street that is heavenly to walk along in the evening with the most beautiful sunset views. The resort was very clean, well maintained and had a nice outdoor pool and hot tub area & fitness center. The parking garage is convenient too. Beach chairs, floaties, a cooler & beach towels were all available for use which was really wonderful! This was our 5th trip to St, John and the second time staying at Grande Bay. I feel that we have a good sense of what to do and where to stay on the island and I would highly recommend Sea’Clusion! We will be back!

This place has everything you could need for a stay on St John. All kitchen amenities, beach equipment, coolers and extremely comfortable beds. To top it off you are a 3 minute walk from Cruz Bay shops, bars and restaurant's. Extremely clean, and everyone at the complex was very friendly. Highly recommend and will be back.

Traveled with two toddlers, husband and Grandma. The property manager was helpful and organized. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. The villa had an incredible view, stocked with everything we’d possibly need, and was clean upon arrival. We definitely plan to do this again - just stay longer next time!

St. John experience

We had a wonderful time at this unit at the Grande Bay Resort. Lots of space, easy access to Cruz Bay shops and restaurants. The owner is super helpful with suggestions and support. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics (we left a bottle of canola oil behind for the next renters) and lots of extra sunscreens and beach gear. The Grande Bay staff was also awesome and just a great time using Cruz Bay as our staging points for lots of daily beach trips. Highly recommended!
