Huge Beach Bungalow w/Yard, Beach Passes, 2 King Bds near Boardwalk, Restaurants

This huge, newly designed home has 4 bedrooms (2 king beds + 2 queen beds). It is a few minutes to the beach, restaurants, and wetlands. We have a private, landscaped backyard - perfect for dining and lounging. We provide beach passes, 3 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, games, and a Pack & Play. The shed has a huge TV with HBOMax and Prime, and a gym bike and yoga mats. The kitchen is FULLY equipped. Single-story living with 2 bedrooms, accessible shower on the ground floor.

The space

Gorgeous, recently renovated 4 bedroom house with four large bedrooms (two on the ground floor and two upstairs) and 3 full bathrooms (one has a bench and grab bar). Use the house as your base for local activities- including fishing, sailing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, biking and more. North Beach has everything and this is the perfect spot to enjoy it all!

Host dinners outside at home using our fully equipped kitchen and around a table under the stars; eat inside at around our gorgeous 8 seater oak table; or choose from our list of recommended restaurants or local activities. Relax afterwards on the front porch or back-deck; or even burn it all off with yoga or on the bike in our exercise room!

The house can sleep 8 adults (two king beds and two queens). With 3 full bathrooms there is plenty of room for everyone.

Other things to note

We allow dogs if we approve them. We have almost never rejected a dog but a few questions help ensure that our place stays clean and smelling fresh. If you'd like to bring a dog, please tell us:

(1) if they are 100% and reliably house trained
(2) the dog's age
(3) your dog's size/weight

We would really appreciate it if you could bathe your dog before visiting. There is a groomer called the Sudsy Mutt within walking distance of our place.

We have a pet fee of $25 per dog per stay, per night.
