The modern villa in Lajares, completed in 2019, is located in an absolutely quiet cul-de-sac, just a few steps from the town center. In a few minutes you can reach all amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies ... etc. On 168sqm fully equipped living space and a 1100sqm plot you will find everything you could want on vacation. The 9m by 3m heated private pool is exclusively available to you.
The accommodation has 2 bedrooms (each about 25sqm), each with a 1.8m on 2m comfortable box spring bed. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and walk-in closet.
The spacious salon is divided into a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a dining table and 4 comfortable chairs as well as a cozy seating area that invites you to relax and watch TV. With the high-speed WiFi that works throughout the house, you can easily surf the net anywhere and watch Netflix and You Tube on the internet-enabled TV.
All rooms in the house have direct access to the pool area. The salon can be opened completely, so that the inside and the outside seem to merge.
Through the large windows you also have a fantastic view of the surrounding volcanic landscape from the inside.
In the spacious outdoor area there is a dining table with seating for 4 people, 4 sun loungers, 1 parasol and another seating for 2 people. Thanks to the sliding elements attached to the terrace, very individual shadow areas can be created. The perfect place to watch the breathtaking sunsets.
There is also a small room with a washing machine and sports equipment brought along for storage.
The accommodation and the pool are exclusively available to you.

Buchung komplikationslos Kontakt mit Gastgeber vorab problemlos Das Haus ist wirklich ein Traum Gut zu finden, genügend Platz für das Auto( und sicher für mehr) auf dem Grundstück. Haus ist modern, gross und sauber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es hat die grundlegenden Sachen schon parat, kaltes Wasser , Gewürze, kaffeekapseln, Kaffeepulver, Obst…es hat eine Waschmaschine , mit Waschmittel und Klammern und wäscheständer. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, Betten sehr bequem, Fliegengitter vor den diversen Fenstern Bad sehr stylisch , Dusche Mega gross und sehr guter Wasserdruck auch über Regentusche Terrasse gross und genügend bequeme Sitzplätze Pool beheizt, gross und eine angenehme Tiefe Garten total angelegt Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder, Gastgeber, Haus und der Ort und die Insel haben uns total überzeugt

Super schöne Villa
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Fuerteventura verbracht. Die Villa ist ein Traum und es fehlt an nichts. Wir sagen auch Danke an Clemens !!

Palmboom Bungalow Lajares.
Warm onthaal door de eigenaar zelf. Fantastische moderne, schone bungalow met heerlijk verwarmd zwembad. Prachtige diversiteit aan palmbomen in de tuin. Goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Leuke zitjes onder de overkapping, lekker hangmat. Heel praktisch geïntegreerde zonwering en door de gigantische grote schuifdeuren een heel fijn binnen/buitengevoel. Wij hebben niets gemist. Voor herhaling vatbaar! Dank je wel Clemens.

Ein absoluter Traum!
Die Villa Nerea ist ein absoluter Traum und Clemens ein toller und sympathischer Gastgeber. Wir haben uns wie Filmstars (und ich demnach wie James Bond) in seinem Haus gefühlt. Es fehlt absolut an nichts, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, überall sieht und merkt man das das Haus mit viel Liebe und Gedanken über Details eingerichtet wurde. Pool- und Reinigungsservice kommen jeweils 2 oder 1mal die Woche und somit ist alles immer top in Schuss. Vor und während der Reise war Clemens ein zuvorkommender, freundlicher aber niemals aufdringlicher Gastgeber der sich um alle Wünsche und Fragen kümmerte. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, bedanken uns für die tolle Zeit und können Clemens und sein Traumhaus in Lajares nur empfehlen!

Perfekt!!! Einfach großartig!
Wir (2 Pärchen) haben zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist, insbesondere für zwei Pärchen, perfekt. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind jeweils gleich groß und beide Schlafzimmer haben ein großes, sehr bequemes Bett. Ebenso gibt es zwei große Kleiderschränke. Alles ist sehr großzügig gestaltet und der Wohnraum hat eine große Schiebetür, welche komplett geöffnet werden kann. Großartig! Der Pool ist schön groß und war perfekt temperiert. Alles an der Villa ist qualitativ hochwertig und sehr sauber. Der Pool wurde 2 x wöchentlich gereinigt und die Villa wurde 1 x wöchentlich gereinigt (Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche). Wirklich toll! Die Lage der Villa ist ebenso perfekt. Es war sehr ruhig. Die Straße an der Poolseite wird so gut wie nicht genutzt und die Palmen im Garten sind inzwischen so groß, dass sie vor Blicken schützen würden. Man kann in Lajares alles fußläufig erreichen. Ein Mietwagen empfiehlt sich aber auf jeden Fall, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen hier, es war einfach nur schön - besser geht nicht!!! Wir können die Villa zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war sehr zuverlässig, unkompliziert und herzlich. Vielen lieben Dank Clemens! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)

Simply stunning
We have stayed in Lajares on three other occasions, each time in a different villa. Now, we will only ever stay here. We have found a villa we want to return to! On this holiday, my wife and children arrived at the villa before me as the queue for the hirecar (Cicar, for those in the know!) was huge so they jumped in a taxi. She sent me a message from the villa - 'we're here and it's perfect!' It is a perfect holiday villa; spacious, beautiful contemporary design, great pool, and a BBQ. Clemens and Saskia could not have been more helpful. I want to keep this place a secret!!

Ein Traum......
Das Haus war von oben bis unten eine Wucht. Alles toppsauber und sehr schön angeordnet. Clemens war immer für uns da, wenn irgendwas zu regeln war. Selbst metergroße Termiten (?) hat er todesmutig bekämpft (;-).... Wir kommen wieder!

Einfach perfekt
Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in Clemens' phänomenalen Haus verbracht. Sauberkeit, Service (Zwischenreinigung, Poolreinigung), Ausstattung (Küchengeräte, Besteck, verschließbare Boxen, Clips) und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der stets erreichbar war, waren einfach perfekt. Hervorheben sollte man die fahrbaren Sonnenblenden vor der Fensterfront und das (vor allem für ein Ferienhaus) unglaublich schnelle Internet, was unserem Sohn problemlos Zoom-Meetings für sein Studium ermöglichte. Die Straßen rund ums Haus sind keine Durchgangsstraßen, führen nur zu anderen Grundstücken und wurden in den zwei Wochen kaum befahren, so dass es auch wunderbar ruhig war. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus im Norden der Insel
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, in dem es uns an nichts gefehlt hat! Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um den Norden der Insel zu erkunden. Die Strände von El Cotillo sind 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und bieten super Badespaß ohne Tourismus-Trubel. Wer mehr Menschen braucht ist in knapp 20 Minuten in Corralejo. Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Clemens hat wunderbar geklappt und wir waren immer bestens informiert. Vielen Dank dafür auch noch mal an dieser Stelle.

TRAUMURLAUB IN EINEM TRAUMHAUS
Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Nerea und konnten die Zeit vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr geniessen. Das moderne Haus ist in einem Topzustand, es ist innen wie aussen sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der grosszügige Aussenbereich mit der schönen Holzterrasse, dem beheizten Pool und den diversen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten ist ein absoluter Traum. Wir haben uns von A-Z sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Der Vermieter ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen lieben Dank Clemens, es war einfach toll!

Erholung pur…tolles Haus
Wir haben uns in dem modernen Haus sehr wohlgefühlt…das Wetter war ideal, sonnig und warm, sodass wir die herrliche Terrasse und den beheizten Pool oft genutzt und sehr genossen haben. In der Küche fehlt es auch an nichts. In Coronazeiten kocht man gerne mal selbst. Abends kann man windgeschützt auf der Terrasse sitzen. Im übrigen ist es sehr ruhig in dieser Straße. Es war einfach schön. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Danke nochmal an den tollen Vermieter.

Tolles modernes Haus
Wir wahren allgemein mit das Haus sehr zufrieden. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein richtiges Ort zum entspannen. Der Hausbesitzer hat uns immer gefragt ob alles passt und ob wir was zusätzliches brauchen. Das fanden wir sehr nett! Gute Tipps hat er uns wegen Restaurants auch gegeben. TOP! Wir werden das Haus sicherlich weiter empfehlen.

Your 6 Star Holiday Location
Whenever you book a holiday location, you hope that the reality somewhat matches your expectations. More often than not, it is not as advertised and you are lucky if it gets close to what you had in mind. Not this place! It is even better than what you can imagine and no disappointment or inconsistency of any sort. It deserves 6 stars compared with other places we stayed at. Clemens is the perfect host and has the nature of being caring and courteous, but never controlling or obnoxious. The cleaning and room service is special and a very nice add-on. Whether you come for sports or leisure, you will love this place, the different types of beaches nearby and the restaurants in Lajares and El Cotillo. The calm place is the perfect location to refuel your energy. Thank you so much Clemens and we are looking forward to re-visiting this lovely house!

Splendide maison
Pas facile d’émettre un quelconque commentaire négatif. Tout est ici confortable. Tant l’organisation, l’accueil et les équipements, les vues sur les paysages environnants sont divins. Seul petit bémol, le chant matinal du coq voisin. Soucis résolu en choisissant la chambre la plus éloignée :-)

We had such a good time... The location is perfect: very quiet and still comfortable to reach the little center of Lajares. The house is really cozy and perfectly equipped. Very clean and accurate. Clemens was always at our disposal and we really appreciated his availability and his assistance. For sure one of the best villas in Lajares! We will definitely be back!

Ein Domizil für alle Fälle
Vorweg: Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr modern, luxuriös und geräumig, bietet alle erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten. Neben der tollen Architektur und Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten steht ein großer beheizter Pool zur Verfügung, den wir täglich genutzt haben. In diesem Haus fehlt es an nichts, denn der Vermieter hat an alles gedacht - Küchenausstattung bis ins kleinste Detail (Stabmixer, Clips für offene Verpackungen....). Auch die Sauberkeit hat uns vollends überzeugt (Putzfrau, Poolreinigung, Handtuchservice etc.). Die Lage in Lajares ist sehr ruhig und man hört in der Nacht überhaupt nichts bei geöffneten Fenstern. Neben dem lokalen Angebot in Lajares ist man schnell in El Cotillo oder auch in Corralejo zum Baden, Essen oder Shoppen. Der Gastgeber hat uns mit tollen Restaurant-Tipps versorgt an netten umliegenden Restaurants. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Traumhaftes Urlaubsdomizil-einfach perfekt.
Die Villa Nerea ist ein absolutes Traumhaus, wir haben hier 10 wundervolle Tag verbracht. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung aus dem Internet, ist in Wirklichkeit sogar noch schöner. Es ist alles super sauber, die Räume unglaublich großzügig bemessen, die moderne Ausstattung ist hervorragend und es fehlt absolut an nichts. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es Moskitoschutztüren, die für einen wirklich ruhigen Schlaf sorgen. Der beheizte Pool hat eine angenehme Größe, man kann richtig gut darin schwimmen. Wifi ist kostenlos vorhanden und funktioniert im ganzen Haus und auch auf der Terrasse. Die Lage im Ort ist zentral und doch ungewöhnlich ruhig. Zu Fuß geht man nur ein paar Minuten in den Ortskern von Lajares, wo es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, kleine Cafés und Restaurants gibt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war schon vor Beginn der Reise ganz hervorragend, als unser Flug sehr verspätet erst abends ankam, hat er uns sogar einige Sachen eingekauft, damit wir am nächsten Morgen Kaffee trinken konnten. Er hat uns auch mit vielen guten Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge versorgt und die Reservierung von Fahrrädern übernommen. Vielen Dank für alles, lieber Clemens, gerne wieder einmal.
