Welcome to The Wandering Trails Oasis.
You will have access to this entire residential home (excluding the garage). Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, loaded coffee bar, 2 outdoor patio areas with charcoal BBQ grill, private in-ground pool, hot tub, high speed fiber Internet, and Roku TV’s. Each Roku TV comes with complimentary Netflix and Disney+ subscriptions, as well as a full library of apps to login into your own favorite streaming services!
Forget something? No problem! Wal-mart is a quick drive around the corner, while H‑E‑B is right up the road. If you aren’t up for cooking during your stay, there are plenty of food options in the area! Our home is conveniently located near the following:
• Walmart: 5 min drive
• HEB: 8 min drive
Six Flags Fiesta Texas: 10 min drive
• Airport: 16 min drive
•La cantera or The Rim shopping
center: 12 min drive
• The Alamo Quarry Market: 18min drive
• The Historic Pearl: 19 min drive
• Lackland Air Force base: 20 min drive
• Sea World: 20 min drive
• Downtown/Riverwalk: 20 min drive
• San Antonio Zoo: 20 min drive
Absolutely no parties or events allowed.
** Please note our pool cleaner comes weekly on Thursday mornings and takes no longer than an hour***
**We do offer the pool to be heated for an additional $65/day during the colder months (November-February)**
Please respect this home and our surrounding neighbors.
No pets allowed (if traveling with a service animal, please inform us during booking so we can notify our cleaners).
This house is a non-smoking house as we often have children and infants that stay here.
Please keep any noise or music played to an appropriate level.
Quiet hours are 9pm-8am on weekdays, 10pm-8am on weekends per community rules. Pool/hot tub will not be accessible during these hours. We do have older neighbors in close proximity. Please respect their peace during evening hours.
Keep side gates closed at all times.
