We offer spacious vacation rental properties in the metro Orlando area, which include the towns of Davenport, Kissimmee, Champions Gate and South Clermont. All of our wonderful vacation homes, condos and townhomes are located within minutes of Central Florida's world-famous attractions, like Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando and don't forget our amazing golf, shopping and dining. By renting with us, you will be close to it ALL!This home is hosted by Orlando Rent A Villa. We are a local property management firm that specializes in vacation home rentals, based just a few minutes from the properties we promote. Our staff is always nearby so if assistance is needed, we are quick to respond. We have extended customer service hours (7:00 AM – 12:00 AM MON-SAT and 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM ON SUNDAYS) to better assist our guests that spend the daytime hours at the theme parks or other amazing local activities. 24-hour emergency service is also available so you should never feel like you are on your own. On check-in, you have a digital concierge in your home to give an initial rating and signal our team that you have checked in. If we have your number on file, you will receive a welcome call straight away to make sure all is well and provide assurance that we are here for you.
