With Park City Golf Course literally out the back door and Park City Mountain Resort and Main Street just minutes away. You can cross country ski right out the back door and there is also access to free and convenient public transportation right at the end of the unit's driveway. You can spend your days making the most of all that this beautiful area has to offer and then return home to this lovely retreat where you can relax, unwind and rest up before another day of memory-making.
As you step into the light-filled entry, you will find a bench, shelves and ski rack there, allowing you to store your gear before making your way into the rest of the home. An updated bathroom just off of the entrance - and just down the hall from the open-concept kitchen, living and dining area - features a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo with a sliding glass door, is perfectly located for convenient access from anywhere on the main floor.
Continue on into the open kitchen/living/dining room and find yourself in the kitchen, with its warm wood cabinets, roomy bar with seats for two and generous cabinet and counter space. The tranquil views you will enjoy throughout this home are also carried into the kitchen thanks to a kitchen window with views of the trees. Here you can grab or snack or prepare a meal as this kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for a favorite recipe, from a crockpot to a toaster to a tea kettle. You will also have hiking trails nearby such as Dawn's Trail, Armstrong Trail and Silver Spur Trail or you can play a round of golf at the nearby Park City Golf Resort. This home literally backs up to the fairway! From here, you can also enjoy City Park - with its tennis courts, skateboard park and outdoor concerts - or explore the countless shops, breweries, restaurants and galleries in the Old Town and Main Street historic districts, just an easy, 5-minute drive or quick bus ride away.
