The Space:
2400 sqft made up of 3 bedrooms, an an open concept living space, and a grand stone dining table that seats 8. Additional amenities include a full laundry room and endless pantry storage. The primary bedroom and living room are equipped with smart TV's and you will find games and extra blankets to make for a cozy stay. The backyard has plenty of outdoor seating and lounge chairs right off the pool, plus the Weber Genesis Grill makes BBQ easy!

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and staying compliant with short-term rental regulations. As part of our protection plan, included in your booking price, you will be required to complete an independent third-party verification through Truvi. Before your booking begins, you will be contacted via email and/or text to confirm your details and complete the verification process.
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the house rules and FCM Homes terms & conditions via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete both steps at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Thank you!

- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
- Please treat our home as you would like others to treat your home :)
- No parties are allowed.
- Please feel free to use the grill. Please clean and cover it after each use.
- Please do not tamper with the safe in the master bedroom.
- Entry to the garage is not permitted
- We kindly ask that all furniture and equipment be placed back in its original placement or storage.
- There is a fire pit and BBQ grill on site for guest use. We kindly ask bring your own supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
Pool Rules:
- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- Supervise children at all times.
- Please rinse off before entry.
- No glass or food is allowed in the pool or pool area. *Additional fees may apply if glass is found in the pool area.
The pool is serviced every Tuesday to ensure upkeep and cleanliness.
The regular lawn service is every Wednesday.
HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
