Un peu déçu
Point positif : proximité de la Plage à pied, terrasse agréable, parking sous sol avec accès direct ascenseur, propreté de la résidence, rapidité d'intervention en cas de panne (climatisation par exemple) et amabilité de nos interlocuteurs Points negatifs : voiture obligatoire pour les commerces, voisins de logement et terrasse extrêmement bruyant et ne se souciant pas du voisinage, allée centrale très bruyante jour et nuit (malgré la situation du logement au 7e), manque équipement dans logemen

Un peu déçu
Proximité de la plage très agréable, place de parking sécurisé avec accès direct à l'ascenseur très pratique, commerces avec voiture obligatoire. Logement correct, terrasse très agréable. Personnel très réactif et aimable en cas de panne dans le logement Manque de matériels de confort (transats...). Manque ustensiles de cuisine (cafetière pour 2 personnes alors que logement pour 6, pas d'ouvre bouteille, pas de tire bouchon, pas d'éplucheur légumes, pas de couteaux efficaces...). Environnement très bruyant, à la limite du supportable avec les voisins directs du logement et de sa terrasse. Allée centrale séparant les 2 immeubles fait caisse de résonance et tous les bruits sont amplifiés malgré que le logement se situe au 7eme étage.
