Come and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway, less than a mile from the north end of Conneaut Lake. Recently given a complete overhaul and renovation, this compact, cozy efficiency apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including wifi, central air, smart TV, queen sized bed with Nectar mattress, plenty of parking, and a large deck area to enjoy the outdoors. There is plenty of off-street parking - enough for multiple vehicles, a boat, a trailer, or whatever else you might need to park.

Comfortable and clean

Overall experience was great. The host has given thought to the needs of the guests. I spoke with him and he was pleasant, accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this apartment to others.

Beautifully designed and super clean

It was a perfect place to stay for a night to enjoy the surrounding area. It was absolutely beautiful and was spotless. The owner was so nice and answered texts and phone calls immediately.

Another great stay

This was our second time staying in this efficiency unit. It was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed for our visit. Would definitely recommend for a single or couple. Easy checkin and checkout and great communication from the manager:)

Great Stay at Avanti Cove

We loved our stay at this rental. It was very easy to find and very clean inside. The hosts had great communication about the location and entry procedure and they followed up about our stay. The rental is at the north-west end of the lake, just a quick drive to the cute Conneaut Lake town. We will definitely stay here again when we visit.

Perfect location

We loved our say. The unit was super clean, comfortable and well decorated. The area was extremely quiet, lots of room for parking and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay while in town visiting family.

For the reason we had to visit the area, William was fantastic. We got in super late and had no issues getting in. I loved the simple check in process of just showing up to your room! All around an amazing stay. Great location too, was right in the middle of where i needed to be.

Time slows down

Smelled great as soon as you walked in. Parking close to door. Great cover deck with clean chairs. Close to lakes. Very quiet and peacefully. Few cold water in fridge. And flavored coffee creamer perfect for waking up. Loved it!

Great studio apartment Conneut Lake

Modern, clean, comfortable and updated studio apartment in Conneut Lake PA. 2 night stay for a local wedding and close to restaurants and everything in town. William, co-host , was very attentive and helpful. Our studio. #16, had access to a great covered porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

Our visit with family

The place was very clean, close to where our family and friends live, so was conveniently located for us. One suggestion, as we were there for two weeks, cooked some of our meals, would have appreciated a casserole or other that could use in the oven. Also perhaps a couple more dish towels. Had more than ample bath towels, wash clothes, etc.

Wonderful experience

The only downside of this VRBO is that we didn't discover it earlier! The apartment was immaculately clean, provided all the comforts of home and made it possible to travel with our dog. It is located only a few miles away from Allegheny College and we have booked for all our upcoming visits.

Great little getaway

The inside was fresh and nicely decorated. Will, the property manager was great and offered advice and answered questions about the unit. I needed to stay connected for work and the internet service was fast.
