The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden (4000 m²) with lawn, ponds, ornamental plants, games for children and the panoramic pool, ideal for cooling off on the sunny Sicilian days. Surrounded by vineyards and rural surroundings, the accommodation is located on a small hill from where you can admire beautiful sunsets and the wonderful panorama that stretches from the cliffs of Cala Rossa to San Vito lo Capo. At your disposal are a beautiful and large covered terrace where you can dine with a magnificent view, a large gazebo, sun loungers and deck chairs for relaxation. Due to its privileged position, almost equidistant from Palermo and Trapani, from the house you can easily reach the most beautiful places in the west of Sicily: Palermo, Monreale, Segesta, Selinunte, the Egadi Islands and many others. On the first floor of the house there is a large living area with kitchen island.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open April - end October.
