Beachfront Condo with Amazing Views and Beach Service Included!

Our unit at Sunrise Beach Resort is located on the 8th floor overlooking the[pools and beautiful gulf. Enjoy your coffee or cocktails on the balcony at the table or relax on the lounge chairs. For your convenience, two beach chairs and an umbrella are included in your rental and will be set up, awaiting your arrival every morning! Sunrise beach has two pools, one which is heated seasonally, two hot tubs and a splash pad. The gym even has a view of the pools and gulf as well! You can walk to several restaurants, convenience stores, shops, Gulf World and even to Pier Park if you’re feeling adventurous (Pier Park is about 1 mile).

At Pier Park you’ll find over 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices for any age in your party! From Dave and Busters to Tootsies Orchard Lounge and even Target, Dillards, American Eagle and Ron Jon Surf Shop, just to name a few. Be sure to check out The Back Porch or Margaritaville for some fresh fish or a delicious vacation cocktail.

This place was really nice. Clean and great location. The condo was very spacious for the 7 of us. It was easy check in and out. The only cons were the dryer was broken the whole time we were there and for a party of 7 was an inconvenience. I let Judy know day one and had to send another message and she finally replied back letting us know that it would be fixed after our stay. I wish guests were aware there’s a $40 parking fee per car up front as that was a surprise. Overall we had a great time just a couple small things I disliked.

Clean, amazing views, and great beach access. Loved the lounge chairs on the patio for relaxing on rainy days. Having a K-cup coffee maker was a nice bonus!

Nice Condo
This condo was just as shown in the photos. Perfect location. Not a long walk down to the beach. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole building. Had a question come up and pur first full day and got a quick response from the property manager. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Loved it!
We stayed here with our 5 kids for 8-days. Loved every minute of it. Listing is as described. The condo does have some rules that didn't seem to make much sense, but it actually made for an enjoyable stay. Would recommend this property to everyone!

The condo was very clean. Amazing view My only complaints are 1 the fire alarm went off 20 times in 3 days… 2 the sliding door was very hard to open. Other than that, we had a great time as always! We absolutely love Panama City beach!!

Excellent Location
The condo was very clean. The property manager was very responsive and a minor inconvenience was rectified very fast. The view from the balcony is great, looking at the pool and gulf. The master suite and bathroom are both very roomy. This unit is highly recommended.

Gorgeous Condo
The condo was absolutely beautiful, and the location and view were perfect. Stocked with everything we needed and exactly as advertised. The only tiny tiny complaint was that it looked like the cleaning people didn’t clean up the balcony before we arrived, but that didn’t hinder our stay at all. Would stay again any time!

Kitchen was not very well equipped. Need more towels and wash cloths for 6 people. Floors were dirty. Was not quite what I expected for the price. Couches were a bit smelly. Would not choose this one again.

Best Vacay!
The condo was very well decorated, well stocked, and very comfortable. Mattresses and pillows were just perfect (for us), kitchen had everything you could need for a week long stay. Balcony had plenty of comfy furniture. We enjoyed the pool, snack shack, beach access. I can't think of a single negative worth mentioning. 11/10 will definitely stay again!

Overall good experience
The property was very clean and as advertised. Ample supplies left to take care of us until we could get to store the next day to buy for the duration of our stay. Elevators were actually very fast which was a pleasant surprise. Parking was a breeze! Walking distance to parking, pool and beach were the shortest I have experienced which was really nice due to my health issues. Property owner was very pleasant and responsive to requests and inquiries. My only complaint, which was a pretty big deal to us, considering the time of our visit and having multiple kids. It would have been extremely nice to know that the main pool, which is the only heated pool was closed due to construction. With it being early May the water was still pretty cold! Also, the pool is DIRECTLY in front of the condo, literally right outside the sliding glass doors. Workers started working early in the morning, using table saws and other very loud equipment. Fortunately, we are early risers, so it was only a minor inconvenience having morning coffee on the balcony. If you like to sleep in, I recommend, asking the status on that construction. Another thing that I would like to have had is larger pots and pans in the kitchen. Cooking for a family of 7 was a little tricky. This was not a huge issue, and many people would not have a problem with this at all. Overall, we loved this property and would definitely book again once they finish the construction.

Great location
The location was amazing- right on the water with beach chairs and umbrella. The check in process was a bit harder than I feel like it should have been. The owner asked for additional forms to be filled out and told me last minute that there was a $40 parking fee. This fee wasn’t mentioned before and was a bit disappointing, as we had just spent close to $1,000 on our rental. I assumed all fees would be included since it wasn’t mentioned. The owner was nice, we just struggled to communicate through email. Once we were there, the condo was nice and the location was perfect! Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent. Only 1 of everything was provided.

Fantastic beach access
The property is as described. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and we were not able to take advantage of the beautiful, convenient beach access. Our hope was to spend our days on the beach and this location is perfect for that. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were what we expected from the description. I only wish I had known that part of the pool deck was under construction. The complex has strict quiet hours which they do not follow. As saws and a small jacks hammer started in the morning around 7:45 am.

We had the most amazing time being able to walk right out to the beach each day or spend our days at the pool. Our VRBO was absolutely incredible. Clean - beautifully decorated - and more than enough room!

Enjoyed the stay
This condo was very nice and met our expectations. The heated pool was quite large and the kids enjoyed it a lot. The only improvement I would suggest would be providing an ironing board.
