Beachfront Condo with Amazing Views and Beach Service Included!

Our unit at Sunrise Beach Resort is located on the 8th floor overlooking the[pools and beautiful gulf. Enjoy your coffee or cocktails on the balcony at the table or relax on the lounge chairs. For your convenience, two beach chairs and an umbrella are included in your rental and will be set up, awaiting your arrival every morning! Sunrise beach has two pools, one which is heated seasonally, two hot tubs and a splash pad. The gym even has a view of the pools and gulf as well! You can walk to several restaurants, convenience stores, shops, Gulf World and even to Pier Park if you’re feeling adventurous (Pier Park is about 1 mile).

At Pier Park you’ll find over 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices for any age in your party! From Dave and Busters to Tootsies Orchard Lounge and even Target, Dillards, American Eagle and Ron Jon Surf Shop, just to name a few. Be sure to check out The Back Porch or Margaritaville for some fresh fish or a delicious vacation cocktail.

Great location. 7 minutes from Pier Park driving. Heated pool/hot tub where great with colder weather. Convienent having the beach chairs include in the rental. We had some minor issues but Judy was easy to contact.

Clean, amazing views, and great beach access. Loved the lounge chairs on the patio for relaxing on rainy days. Having a K-cup coffee maker was a nice bonus!

This condo was just as shown in the photos. Perfect location. Not a long walk down to the beach. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole building. Had a question come up and pur first full day and got a quick response from the property manager. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

We stayed here with our 5 kids for 8-days. Loved every minute of it. Listing is as described. The condo does have some rules that didn't seem to make much sense, but it actually made for an enjoyable stay. Would recommend this property to everyone!

The condo was very clean. Amazing view My only complaints are 1 the fire alarm went off 20 times in 3 days… 2 the sliding door was very hard to open. Other than that, we had a great time as always! We absolutely love Panama City beach!!

The condo was very clean. The property manager was very responsive and a minor inconvenience was rectified very fast. The view from the balcony is great, looking at the pool and gulf. The master suite and bathroom are both very roomy. This unit is highly recommended.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, and the location and view were perfect. Stocked with everything we needed and exactly as advertised. The only tiny tiny complaint was that it looked like the cleaning people didn’t clean up the balcony before we arrived, but that didn’t hinder our stay at all. Would stay again any time!

The condo was very well decorated, well stocked, and very comfortable. Mattresses and pillows were just perfect (for us), kitchen had everything you could need for a week long stay. Balcony had plenty of comfy furniture. We enjoyed the pool, snack shack, beach access. I can't think of a single negative worth mentioning. 11/10 will definitely stay again!

This place was really nice. Clean and great location. The condo was very spacious for the 7 of us. It was easy check in and out. The only cons were the dryer was broken the whole time we were there and for a party of 7 was an inconvenience. I let Judy know day one and had to send another message and she finally replied back letting us know that it would be fixed after our stay. I wish guests were aware there’s a $40 parking fee per car up front as that was a surprise. Overall we had a great time just a couple small things I disliked.

Fantastic beach access

The property is as described. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and we were not able to take advantage of the beautiful, convenient beach access. Our hope was to spend our days on the beach and this location is perfect for that. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were what we expected from the description. I only wish I had known that part of the pool deck was under construction. The complex has strict quiet hours which they do not follow. As saws and a small jacks hammer started in the morning around 7:45 am.
