The apartment is located in Tignale (Gardola), in a panoramic position, about 7 km from the lake. "I Velieri" was built in 2010, very comfortable and tastefully decorated, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of Lake Garda and the Monte Baldo massif. Guests have at their disposal a small furnished garden and a car parking space. In the center of Gardola, just a few minutes' walk away, you will find everything for your daily needs: supermarkets, restaurant, apothecary and much more. In about 2 km away there are the public outdoor swimming pool and the visitor center. In a few minutes by car or shuttle bus (free for our guests) you can reach the beach "Pra de la Fam".

Booking formalities:

Check-in / out: The booked apartment is the guest on the day of arrival from 15 00 clock available, our agency is open for the keys as follows: Monday to Saturday from 15 00 to 18 00 clock

The key handover and the provision of the booked apartment can not be guaranteed after 20 o'clock!

On the day of departure, the apartment must be released by 10.00 clock.

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit and the booking form.

Cancellation policy:

according to European standards and if there are no further agreements, the following payments will be due for a cancellation:

- from the 40th to the 30th Day before the start of the stay 30% of the total price

- from 29 to 20. Day before the start of the stay 40% of the total price

- from 19 to 10. Day before the start of the stay 60% of the total price

- from 10. Day before the start of the stay 100% of the total price
