We picked this property for its location to UofA. Short walk to the Stadium and Graduation festivities on campus. Backyard is large and private. Communications with the host had a prompt response. Amenities in the house were great, nice to have meals delivered to the house with no hassle. Would stay again next time we are in Tucson!
Comfortable, good location, but wifi/cable did not work
Place is as advertised. Clean, good location, easy check in and out. Ryan was fine to work with, but our wifi and cable didn't work throughout the entire stay. Ryan did massage back and forth on this, but no resolution. This was a little painful, as our AT&T cell signal was weak inside the house, and we had to go to cafes to download and send our work emails.
This was sucha a beautiful stay! Very Clean and accommodating I loved that I had all the things I didn’t think I would need like paper plates and pans. Loved the back yard and the firepit! Would definitely stay again
Came back to Tucson to visit campus with friends and this house was perfect!! Great walking distance and had everything we needed. The backyard space made it so great to be able to enjoy the sunset and quality time with friends! Will absolutely stay here again whenever we come visit.
The property is clean and comfortable. We came to visit UA campus and it was very conveniently located to the campus and walking distance to the free train into downtown. There are a couple casual restaurants and grocery store also with walking distance. The backyard was lovely with hammock to rest. Ryan recommended "La Chingada" in downtown for dinner which was fantastic. We will stay here again if my son attends UA.
Ryan communicated often and we appreciated the Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee. The Brita water purifier was also very much appreciated.
A few suggestions:
I have a sensitivity to fragrances, I suggest washing the towels and sheets with a CLEAR non-fragrant detergent .
Add a mirror to the bedroom at the front of the house.
Thanks for a great stay!!!

Mediocre in most ways
Fun ‘adult kids and their spouses’ trip to visit our newly retired parents. We’re fairly easy going but found a few disappointing things during our stay. There were about 12+ scented plugins that were extremely overwhelming and gave us instant headaches. We pulled the ones we could find and left them on the front step - the house aired out in about a day and was much more pleasant afterwards. In general, the home and furnishings are rough around the edges, but workable. Home wasn’t very clean. Noisy neighborhood and a very ‘collegeville’ feel. Some may not mind and I should have assumed, but much prefer a quieter area. Lastly, the backyard is what sold us on this place! It was great but not disclosed that there was a tiny home in the backyard, and that we would be sharing our backyard space with those renters. Turned out to be fine but I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time and may have booked somewhere else taking that and the cost into consideration.
Pros - lots of space, yard, we had what we needed.
Cons - plug-in scents, not clean, home and furnishings were rough around the edges, didn’t care for the neighborhood.
All in all, we had a great time but wouldn’t stay here again.
First, want to comment on the property owner/management. Ryan was extremely helpful in answering some questions I had the first day or two. He went out of his way to try to accommodate an extension to my stay but unfortunately the property was already booked for when I needed it. I appreciated the thoughtful details - the kitchen had just what I needed for cooking for the week, there were Kleenex boxes all around the house, they have these cool charging blocks in each bedroom for all of the iPad, iPhone, watches etc. I’m getting one when I get home! The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Such a plus for a longer stay to have a washer and dryer too. Didn’t have time to enjoy it but has a wonderful backyard / sitting area. Felt safe. Considering already for next year!
My husband, Dad and I were looking for a place to stay close to campus as we had basketball tickets. This place was perfect! It's a cute clean house with a nice backyard/outdoor area. And it was a 5 min walk to McKale Center. It had everything we needed and checkin was easy. We would definitely stay here again!
Great space, comfortable furniture, nice decorating.

There is someone living in a house in the beautiful backyard
Was so excited for this stay until we realized the great backyard we had booked it for has a whole tiny home on it and that person will be present and found laundry by the back door and parking In The backyard talk about awkward and not disclosed. DO NOT STAY
We had the most wonderful stay! The house was very clean and well-stocked. Ryan was very helpful and responsive. We loved the retro vibe the house had. The kitchen had all the necessities of home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There were many wonderful amenities but our favorite was the backyard space. There was such a peaceful ambiance, with the lighting, hammocks, and the fire pit; you almost forgot you were in a busy city. It was a great location, close to downtown and all the sites we wanted to see. My daughter & I made some great memories and we would love to stay again in the future.
Perfect spot for parents attending sporting events. Easy walk to football and basketball stadiums. Owner knows the small things that make a difference for guests. Comfortable and quiet neighborhood. With a freshman we'll be back.
The house and grounds are lovely, comfortable, and very clean and well kept. The location is central and was perfect for us. The host was very gracious. Would definitely stay again.
I Just want to note how understandable and easy it was too work with the owner with any issue , the house was really neat and comfortable the backyard was awesome for our little party we threw definitely recommend you visit this place it's going to be a core memory for us!!!
Great location. Close to the UofA football stadium. Huge yard with plenty of seating! Property manager very responsive. Reasonably priced! I will stay here again.
