My family, including my mother and her brothers and families are very opinionated. They all loved the place. We stayed here for a funeral for their oldest brother. This house was large enough for all of us to gather in one place. This is a very large house and will sleep way more than they list if you have kids. We didn't use 2/3rds of this place. Highly recommended.
We stayed at this property for a long weekend to see family in Tyler. House was very comfortable, clean and plenty big enough to entertain. Tayler was an excellent host always very responsive and her knowledge of local great restaurants were very helpful. House is centrally locateded and easy to get to anywhere in Tyler we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from UT-Tyler! The property was beautiful and spacious - our family had plenty of space to spread out while being together.
The property owner was responsive to messages sent prior to our stay. We did not have any issues at all.
We highly recommend this property!
Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking for our large group. This house was a lifesaver for our baseball team! We were able to have team meals, meetings and have fun in the large backyard when we weren't competing. If we ever end up back in Tyler for a tournament we will be staying here for sure!
The property was perfect for our multi-family group. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms plus large open concept living & kitchen area and a game room. The host/owner was very responsive and welcomed some suggestions to further enhance the guest experience. Would definitely stay here again if our golf travels brought us back to Tyler.
We loved the size of the house and it had everything we needed . Perfect for a family or friends to stay and vacation. I would stay there again . Also the location was great !
House was awesome, amazing space for everyone to stretch out. Not as updated as it appeared to be in pictures, but still very nice. Nice, quiet & peaceful neighborhood. When leaving for a family event there was a strange person just pacing around the house. But overall all family members enjoyed the stay, we would rent again.
We rented this property for our family to gather for my daughter's wedding weekend. The property was clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to everything. There was plenty of room for all us. Tayler responded quickly to requests. Loved our visit.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again.
We came in for a funeral. 3 couples & 4 kids. Rooms were spacious & a lot of beds, so everyone had their own space. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans. It was nice to have a place to gather & not be in three different hotel rooms. Beds were great! House was clean!
We rented this home in Tyler in order to have enough room for our family to all stay together to celebrate the holidays. The well-stocked kitchen with double ovens was great for handling our holiday cooking. We enjoyed the game area, big dining room table and plenty of living room seating. There are 2 master bedrooms as well as 3 other bedrooms. Parking is plentiful and the neighborhood feels safe and is close to stores and restaurants. The owner was available by text and answered questions immediately. We would love to stay again when getting together with family in Tyler.
This was my first (ever) VRBO experience and I was very pleased. My dad flew in from CA with his cousin to attend a wedding, and us children took it as an opportunity to visit with him while he was in Texas. There were 11 of us in the house with plenty of room. There are two tables and a bar to sit at and enjoy your meals or play games. All beds had nice linens and were comfortable. We had 4 vehicles parked in the driveway with room to maneuver in and out without problems. There was also room to park in the garage. There are only 2 TVs in the house - one in the living room and one in a master bedroom. Depending on your reason for visiting, this may not matter. Personally, it made us spend more time in the living room TOGETHER and for that, I am thankful. The backyard is fenced and even has a fire pit that we utilized to make smores one night. Make note if you visit, the keypad for entry is on the front door. Oh, and the central air conditioning works great!
This home is in a lovely neighborhood with gorgeous mature trees, and it is just two short turns from the main Boulevard. We swore that there was two of everything on that road! Traffic on the Boulevard was extremely busy on Friday and Saturday, so plan accordingly. This home is conveniently located near restaurants and stores, yet it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The owner is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. If we return to Tyler for any reason, we will reserve this home again – without hesitation!
On another note, we tried two restaurants at the suggestion of the owner. First up was Stanley's BBQ on Sunday - it had a cool atmosphere and would probably be lots of fun on a Friday or Saturday night. Unfortunately, none of us liked any of their BBQ or the sides that came with, and it was overpriced in our opinion. The other suggestion was Don Juan's on the Square. Parking was a bit of a challenge but there was an event happening which may have contributed to the difficulty in finding parking. The food was good and fresh, but the service could have been better. If you like HOT salsa... they have it! We didn't get a chance to try the other suggestions but look forward to trying them next time.
