Nice, quiet attic apartment
A private staircase leads you to this 50m2 domicile on the 3rd and last floor of a typical Viennese old building, where you expect high, bright rooms. All around are windows for ventilation, the courtyard location with the trees is good. There are no direct neighbors - great privacy. In the bedroom sits a cozy 1.60 m by 2.10 m bed, in the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed, round dining table, extravagant armchair. Bathroom and kitchen are new and simply equipped.
